Appletree Family Dental

Good people! I decided to try them based on the recommendation of my next door neighbor, Tracie Carrigan. She and her husband had nothing but good things to say about Dr. Farruggia and the dental and office staff. My crown popped off late on a Friday night and I couldn't find anyone to see me anytime soon. The doctor's office (Cindy) contacted me immediately and set me up on Monday morning. I was very thankful and pleased. The dental technician, Daisy, was calm, cool and gentle. She explained everything as she went along. Dr. Farruggia was also kind, gentle, straight forward and honest. I will be going back!

I went in for preventative maintenance, and ended up with a new problem within a few weeks from their crown work.~The crown wasn't sized right and caused my bite to be off, causing trauma to another tooth when I clenched in my sleep..So, I had to have a good tooth pulled..Unacceptable
I will not be returning and I do not recommend Appletree.
I should've known that attention to detail would be lacking when the owner; my dentist, wouldn't stop flirting with his assistant inches away from my face..

My 1st visit was seamless. They got me in way earlier than expected. The staff is very friendly and professional. The office is great. Very well run

These guys are definitely the best, we have a five-year-old severely autistic son who does not like doctors or dentists. He got comfortable there the very first time we visited. They have helped us with all of his dental care challenges. It's not easy, but they do it with a smile.

Was recommeded by another dentist since the other place couldn’t accommodate me. Came in for emergency service and was able to get in a timely manner. Staff is excellent and very accommodating. Dr Farrugia and Dr Yang went above and beyond for my care. I can’t imagine going anywhere else. They were not pushy and work around my schedule and what I can afford. I recommend this place to everyone!!!

Unprofessional staff, liars and poor customer service. Appletree LIED about carrying my insurance provider. They charged me a ridiculous amount for a mediocre dental cleaning/check up. When confronting them with the issue of me being falsely informed about their insurance network, their front desk team were unprofessional, rude, unpleasant and not willing to work with me on the cost. They will say anything to get customers... DO NOT VISIT

I waited an hour in the back for the hygentist to clean my teeth which took under a half hour (too fast). Then at least another 20 minutes for the dentist. I wasnt impressed by either of them and left with an overriding sense of blah and unconfident about the whole experience. Also, they are expensive with their dental work which didn't match their service.

Everyone at Appletree office goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. They treat you like your best friends and you can truley tell they care about you!!!
I would highly recommend this place to everyone for any dental work you need!!

For the last 8yrs I've been trying to finish-up some dental work I started 10yrs ago with a previous dentist.....I've had consultation after consultation at numerous dentists over the years and I've either felt very uncomfortable, or the dentists have made me feel bad about myself and situation, or the quotes for the work I want done have been for thousands of dollars which even after insurance I could have never afforded. Honestly I had just given up and decided that the partial work that was done to my mouth was what I would have to be greatful for, and learn to live with.
Then, last month I had a toothache! Now I learned when I was a teenager how to tolerate the worst tooth pain, but after a couple weeks it got to where I was afraid there might be an infection under my "pretty teeth" that I had paid lots of money for when i started this 10yrs ago. Between that and only having 14 teeth in my mouth (all in the front, you'd never know by looking at me) I couldn't afford to loose another tooth. I was going to have to go see a dentist😕
I called Appletree and talked to Arely, told her I was in a lot of pain and she got me right in! When I went in I met Daisy and told her my dental history (or lack of), the work I had done so far, and in a perfect world what I would like to have done. She listened to it all! She agreed with what needed to be done, and never made me feel bad or embarrassed about it. Then I met Dr. Farruggia, he was nice and also listened and agreed with what needed to be done. But, could I afford all this?! This is usually where things go downhill for me.
Cindy, the office manager, sat down with me and explained what insurance would & wouldn't pay for, and gave me the price breakdown for what I would have to pay out of pocket for the different things I wanted done. I could totally afford it, I couldn't believe it! As embarrassing as it is to say this, I cried, a happy cry! You have no idea how bad my tooth/mouth pain has been ever since I was a little girl and there was never anything I could do about it except cope. After the last 10yrs of waiting, I'm going to have everything I wanted within a month!!!
Every week I can't wait to go in! Of course I'm always a little nervous, but I'm about to have a healthy mouth (pain free) and a beautiful smile.....I'm 36yrs old, and I have never had either. And yes, I'm dropping names here, because this staff isn't "just doing their job"......they're AWESOME! Arely & Cindy are great & helpful up front! Rachel was sweet and very gentle, she cleaned my teeth. Dr. Farruggia is a genuinely sweet man who listens to what you have to say, and doesn't act like he already knows it all, he's very nice and great at his job! And Daisy, she's the best! You know how you always want your bestfriend with you when you're doing something you're a little afraid to do by yourself.....that's Daisy! You would think you've known her forever....she's been there since I walked in....sweet, happy, down to earth, professional, answers all my questions, and has made sure I've been comfortable & calm the whole way through!
I know this is lengthy, and I could have just given them 5 stars and said they're AMAZING....but I want everyone to know why I think they're AMAZING! I got lucky and Googled the best place, but I would have been a little more at ease if I would have had read something like this before going in. You guys are THE BEST, and have no idea how greatful I am!!!

Been going to Appletree for a couple years now; have never had a bad experience. Staff is always pleasant and they are very comforting to people that have an unnatural fear of dentistry. Highly recommend.
