I have been coming here for years, even before Dr. Walters took over the practice. It was ok before, but the newer management has really overhauled the place. Since March, I've been going in every few weeks so they can monitor my Invisalign progress. My appointments (including the cleanings) are always quick and painless. Dr. Walters is so kind, as are the hygienists and front office staff. The team is very knowledgeable and happy to answer my questions. I've noticed they've been consistent with COVID safety measures throughout the pandemic which I really appreciate. The appointment/scheduling process is also very efficient...I never have to wait, and I love the online forms and text reminders. Plus, the TVs on the ceiling are a nice distraction from all the action going on in your mouth. :) 10/10 would recommend to anyone in the area.

I wanted to send a shout out to Dr. Walters and her staff for making my experience as painless as possible. I needed a crown which involved a shot to deaden and a bunch of drilling.I have always had a bit of anxiety going to the dentist for anything other than a regular cleaning. At age 71, I find it was getting worse. I will never have the feeling again going to Maple Hill because I know they will address any stress and anxiety I am feeling. A big thank you to everyone there.

The hygienist Kelly is an awesome lady she really cleaned my tooth gently above and beyond what I expected and the Dr. am not sure her name sorry I think Dr.Walter is very pleasant professional and helpful. In this time of dental offices re-opening under governmental restrictions, one might expect delays as well as uneasiness from the patient’s perspective. My appointment was exactly on time and the pre-testing was what I anticipated it would be.
My cleaning procedure went very well. The hygienist was through and put me at ease. She explained to me what she was doing throughout the process.
Next we needed to replace my temporary crown with the permanent one. This had been delayed for over a month due to the pandemic. The fit was perfect from the first time Dr. Walters placed it on my tooth.
Overall, my experience could not have been any better. Dr. Walters and her staff are to be commended for their professionalism during these difficult times.
