Maple Hills Family Dentistry/Kinsey Walters DDS

I hadn't seen a dentist in over 10 years due to no insurance and money issues. I expected going in to have a fair amount of issues with my teeth. I had to do the more intense cleaning that is broke up into two appointments and at each appointment they were able to schedule me not only for my cleaning but also to fix two cavities on each side for a total of 4 😬. To keep this somewhat short I didn't feel any pain really during or after! They are REALLY REALLY good at what they do! I am so incredibly grateful for the flexibility in the scheduling, professionalism, and outstanding service. I won't be going anywhere else! Thank you all so much. Also dental work is not nearly as expensive as I thought it was!!! Seriously if money is an issue for you please please atleast go to the first visit and they can explain to you what the cost will be and treatment plan. Your only regret will be not going to them sooner!

Went in with bleeding gums and turned out that I needed periodontal scaling. From day one on the phone and in person everyone was so kind and understanding about helping. What made this I dare say easy was the gentleness and exact precision of dr. Walters. I will be only trusting her and also my 2 year old with our teeth. If you want a dentistry team that cares about you with the up most professionalism you found them. Thank you team for going above beyond what I expected.

1st time coming here and the staff immediately made me feel welcome. You can tell they truly care about each patient. So happy to have found a dentist so close to home!

I have been in extreme pain for about 10 days. Nothing was helping so I finally contacted Maple Hills. They got me in the next morning.Everybody was very caring. I am having to see an oral surgeon but I am very grateful to everybody at Maple Hills Family dentistry.

I have now returned for a fourth follow up on my path to healthy teeth. The process on check in is set to caution protocol due to Covid-19. Yet, it is simple and indeed safe to one and all. It takes just a few minutes with a quick review/checklist of items that may be relevant to signs of possible Covid-19, and then entry into Dr's office.

The atmosphere is still quaint, and home like upon entry. All staff are required to wear protective equipment so to date, I still have not seen the great smiles the are hidden behind the masks, yet they are there.

So far, each of the two follow up visits have been structured to insure all needed steps are completed. If there is a question, the answer is always given.

I am a person who has a past of fear of pain regarding Dentist visits. Most Dentists will delay, or ignore the signals of a quick sign of the patients discomfort. Dr. Walters and Assistant never let a second pass without some type of verbal acknowledgement of my being comfortable. In fact the Hygienist gently rests her hand on my shoulder to help with a calming touch, and concern about my being a ease during the procedure

I do at times get tense during portions of my setting in the chair, while Dr. Walters is doing her meticulous work. She seems to have an uncanny way of the process of a minor procedure to more severe types. Not once in the three visits have I felt that she did not care about how each step in my visits in her chair go without keeping me aware of what was being done.

I have more visits set up, and really after all my years of experiences regarding the Dentist... Dr. Walters and her staff are stellar in all shapes/forms.

Thanks again and see you again for all you do ..if any and all desire a perfect visit to a Dentist Dr. Kinsey Walters is your best in all regards.

You really don’t get a better experience than at Maple Hills. Most importantly for now, they take covid precautions very seriously. But also, the entire staff are incredibly pleasant and professional. Easy to find, plenty of parking, and they accept my insurance. My son and I both go here, and we had fantastic experiences!

When I visit this office, I feel I am visiting family. The staff takes such good care of their patients! The staff is genuine and shows concern with each interaction. I absolutely adore these ladies!

This practice is unlike any other dentist I've gone to in the past. I was new to the area and wanted someone trustworthy and gentle as I have severe anxiety about the dentist. These folks are incredible! From the ladies at the front desk to the actual dentist at the end, these ladies rock! I would highly recommend going to them. They're thorough. They're incredibly kind and patient. You aren't just a person in a chair real quick, you're a patient and they treat you as such. You're sometimes just as involved in the process as they are. I really have peace of mind coming here. I recently moved up by Zona Rosa and will continue to go to them because of the way they treat me. Highly recommend!!

I chose Maple Hills because of the good reviews I saw online. My personal experience has lived up to those good reviews. I have had three visits between my own and my daughter's, and each visit I went right in with no wait time. I even called one morning with a toothache and was able to be seen within 10 minutes of my call. Everybody has been extremely friendly and considerate. I highly recommend Maple Hills.

This was the first time i have been to the dentist in almoat 12 years. Dr.Walters and her staff are amazing! The best dental experience I've ever had ! Going back this Tuesday to get my mouth back to 100% and thanks to the doc! Im not worried about it !
