I went for a cleaning today and took my almost 2 year old for his first cleaning as well. This was my first outing with my 6 week old AND my toddler. I was so nervous about this all morning. The staff went absolutely above and beyond to make this appointment go as smooth as can be. The receptionist came and rocked my baby’s car seat while another staff sat on the floor with my toddler and colored while I was getting my cleaning done. I can’t thank them enough for their customer service!! Oh, and they made my son feel comfortable enough to sit perfectly through his whole cleaning 😁 I HIGHLY recommend Paola Family Dentistry! They truly put the “family” in their name!

The entire staff was very nice and professional. They always checked to make sure you were comfortable. The back massage chairs were great. Dr Howard was very good and also took the time to go over all of your options. I believe I've found my dentist. I can't imagine going anywhere else. I would highly recommend Dr Howard. There isn't a better group of people to trust with your dental needs.

Doc Howard was great! All of the staff, from the front desk to the dental assistant, were all very kind and helpful. I had to have THREE teeth extracted. He made sure I was as comfortable as possible. I didn't have any pain during the procedure. Unlike other dentists I've seen, he was very kind and straightforward about what else I need to have fixed. My family and I will be making Paola Family Dentistry our family dentist.

Dr. Howard and the staff at Paola family Dentistry are always friendly and professional. I highly recommend them to anyone needing a dentist. I had a root canal finished up, a new crown put on ( made in house while I was in the chair ) and an implant stud inserted in a single visit. I never had any pain and was able to watch "The Magnificent Seven" ( the original ) during the procedures. Great visit .
