Went in for the discounted cleaning and xray exam. Found out I needed periodontal treatment and wisdom teeth removed. $4,400!!! Outrageous!! They are not gentle at all either. Went to another place and was charged $1,200!!!

My first visit to this office but I will definitely be back! Pleasant, enthusiastic staff (yeah Tina!) and Dr. Blum explained every step to make my experience the most comfortable I have ever had at a dentist's office.

Last month I went for an osseous surgery here and sadly it was the most uncomfortable experience. The dentist assistant Shirley seemed like she hated her job and was incredibly rude to me. I asked the doctor how many stitches I received. Shirley proceeded to say that if I wanted more, she can stitch parts of my lips so I can shut up. She also used her hands and touched my lips while telling me these vile things. Even the dentist (Dr. Mckenzie) was shocked. I was very upset but I was too dazed from the surgery to react. If Shirley hates her job and doesn't like patients asking questions, she should go find a more suitable position. What's more disappointing is that I've reached out to the office and told Erin (office manager) what happened and nobody called me back to give me a formal apology. I do not recommend shawnee modern dentistry

AMAZING dentistry place. Upon entering, Britnee greated us, offered us drinks, and cracked us up with her singing! Their technology is new and Abi did a fantastic job at taking X-rays of my teeth and taking pictures. Christina checked my gums for gingivitis and gently flossed my teeth (seriously the first time). They cleaned my teeth very well with little pain. Dr. Blum then came in and answered all my questions and concerns regarding my wisdom teeth and removal process. I felt comfortable the whole time and I'm so happy I came here!

Dr.Vogel and his staff members are amazing. They are super nice and professional. I had all four of my wisdom teeth removed and they comforted me through every step.

Very expensive and not sure of the charges reported on the insurance claim. A cleaning, exam, with x-rays and fluoride treatment cost over $1200. I ended up paying around $145 after the claim was processed. My previous dentist who unfortunately no longer takes my insurance would submit a claim for around $175 and all I had to pay was a $25 copay and the insurance would cover the rest. Not sure why there is such a huge discrepancy in charges between dentist for the same work. Plus in their window and on their website they claim to cost only $59 for cleaning, exam and x-ray. Why was mine $1200+?? Is fluoride over $1200? Plus I paid $15 upfront for the cost of the fluoride treatment and it was still submitted to my insurance and they wouldn't cover it. I called to get an explanation and it was so convoluted I gave up. I won't be going back and now I have to find another dentist. So disappointed and feel I was ripped off. I will say that everyone there was very nice and treated me well during the visit. But, the cost just isn't worth it. So no stars even though the app made me give them one.

This is my first experience with a dental office. And I am really impressed no one makes you feel unwelcome or nervous about anything. Brittnee(I hope I spelled her name right)a great person to have greeting you when you first walk into the office. Dr. Vogel did my oral surgery and he is so down to earth! He cracks me up. The staff as a whole was amazing. They will work with you as far as payments go. I was planning on waiting until open enrollment to have my surgery done. But Brittnee was able to find me programs that would fit right in my budget.

Okay, it's a dentist's office, which is never actually fun or good. That being said, everyone here is really great. They absolutely go out of their way to make you feel as comfortable as possible. When something is not quite right, mention it, and they will go above and beyond to make it right. I recommend this office.

Dr Blum is very very gentle! My 77 yo mom, my husband and myself gave him 5 🌟 for his gentle touch & professionalism! Lauren my hygienist is incredibly kind and gentle!! They truly are a great dental team equiped with TLC! They listened & catered to your dental needs! My whole family is 😊 😊 here! Every one of Dr Blum's staff is helpful, kind & professional! Thank you:)
