Over the top “hospitality” if you will! I have been to a few dentists over time as I have had teeth implants done. They treated me as family literally and made sure I was comfortable through the whole process of filings. They were able to squeeze me in as a new patient fairly quickly for a cleaning and evaluation of my teeth. I would highly recommend you give them a try! Dr Kelsie is amazing!

I've recently switched to this office within the past year and I have nothing but great things to say! The office is always clean, inviting, and professional. Scheduling appointments is so quick and easy. Dr. Kelsie is amazing she's very friendly and knowledgeable as is the entire staff! All of my questions and concerns have always been answered and addressed to my full satisfaction! Switching to this office was definitely the best decision I could have made! My son is 2 years old and is often scared of new places. Dr. Kelsie and Christine made his experience so wonderful! They were gentle, kind, showed him some of their 'fun' tools and let him play with the tools to make him feel more comfortable. They even let him turn on Minions, which is a huge deal for him! Overall we had a great experience at Auburn Family Dental and we highly recommend to anyone with young kiddos!

DO NOT GO HERE! They will bill your insurance for procedures NOT reviewed OR completed. Currently reporting to the state for fraud AND harassment.
I will be adding redacted copies of the statement we agreed to prior to treatment and the statement from our insurance where Auburn Family Dental added all kinds of additional codes that were NOT covered. Shocker.

I have added images of the submitted claims, noting the treatment for the left side was not completed.
Everyone should notice the significant increase from the $175 to $242 on the D4342 code as well as the increase from $11 to $23 D4921 code, both of the codes submitted 3 times. Increasing and inflating our claim and bill to you significantly.
Then the code for D0120 was added in as an extra benefit to yourself for an additional $67 claim.
Dr Kelsey is great, and if she moves to another practice with ethical and accurate billing, we will consider moving to her.

From the friendly front office, to the very gentle hygienist and then the one of the dentist DR Kelsie Jack, she explained everything so well. Wow, I am impressed! From requesting to be a new patient on their website, to scheduling and being on the call list for appointment openings to my actual visit - everything was simple, easy and painless! The staff are very friendly and wonderful. The office is clean, modern and appealing. The layout is easy to walk through. Everything is taken care of in your "room" from the cleaning, x-rays and procedures. All documents are completed online - so paperless. They even have the cutest little dog there! :) I made the switch from Marketplace Dentistry and wish I would have done it sooner!

From the receptionist to the doctor everyone was friendly and helpful. The receptionist was friendly and patient even when booking my next appointments. She received calls and walk in patients and asked for back up which they gladly helped.
The dental hygienist was personable and explained everything before she did it. She also explained the next steps and possible options that might be needed. She even explained the items they had changed as precautions to reduce COVID-19 spread.
The doctor was friendly and patiently answered all my questions. She leads her team well and is well organized.
I was very pleased with my experience and feel comfortable going back for future procedures.

Above be and beyond! Called Monday for a cavity. Got me know in first thing Wednesday morning and discovered I needed a root canal. I let them know I was leaving on a two week trip next day. They managed to get root canal performed and tooth filled and looking great! Can not say enough good things from how pleasant and professional everyone was to how painless the whole procedure was. Think I have found my new forever dentist.

We are a Military family and one of the hardest things is finding a new dentist we like every few years!!! Well we hit the jackpot with Auburn Family Dental! They were kind, happy and knowledgeable! Their facility was clean and inviting and they did an awesome job with my nervous 3 year old! Would highly recommend this dental office!!
