Auburn Family Dental : Wichita Dentist

I'm a couple visits in and I'm glad I chose them. It's a really nice environment and they been very welcoming and knowledgeable. The hygienists Ive had, Christine and Blanca were kind, pleasant, and seemed to really like their work. I will keep going back for sure.

I have been twice, once for a consultation and exam and the other for a cleaning. The staff has been very friendly and professional. It has been a few years since I've been to a dentist but they have very quickly put me on a path to good dental health.

They are awesome. They clearly explain every detail of what their recommended treatment is, and then try hard to make payment arrangements for the part that insurance doesn’t cover. Coming from a medical background where the doctor offices don’t make ANY kind of arrangements for the part insurance doesn’t cover, I do appreciate an office that knows their patients aren’t millionaires and tries so hard to help make the treatment affordable.

Every dental appointment I have at Auburn Family Dental is exceptional. I have to brag on everyone I see when I go in. Cindee is always so welcoming and such a great face to see when you walk in. We then have Kathryn who is not only the BEST dental hygienist, but she is also so friendly and makes me feel so comfortable. And then you have Dr. Raisdana who is a great dentist and even with how busy she is she takes the time with each of her patients. I'm so lucky to have such a great dental office!

I highly recommend Auburn Family Dentistry and Dr. Raisdana. This office is beautiful, and they provide such a comfortable environment. I felt well taken care of and right at home with the staff. They did a great job explaining my treatment options and helping me understand my insurance. Dr. Raisdana has a very gentle and caring approach to her treatment. I was very happy with my experience in this office.

A great modern office with a small family feel. I usually take my kids to pediatric dentists, but have found the wait list for new patients (Wichita is a recent move for us) too long. Everyone at Auburn Family Dental were great with my kids; 2, 8, and 11, and did an awesome job for me as well.

Unfortunately I have to give them a bad review, the staff is kind but when I asked billing questions I was given the wrong estimate and paid the estimated amount at the time of the appointment and called and made efforts even after losing my job while pregnant in the pandemic ( I didn't apply for unemployment until this month because I was pregnant so I thought it was just my loss for having a baby and not being able to work if your wondering about that.) to make things right the woman Cindy I think? handling my billing and the one who gave me the wrong numbers was very abrasive and made me feel just felt awful and defensive every time, so I wrongly started avoiding calling over and over again to tell them I didn't have it or all I could do was half the amount agreed at the moment, she was rude every time I couldn't come up with it right then and there, I then figured out how to pay through the portal when I could because how humiliating is it to be trying your best and basically berated every time you called she even refused a lesser payment once and hated taking them, I kept getting 'mean mail' is what I'm going to call it so I didn't call to let them know hey you probably are not going to get paid for a hot minute. I was trying to work something out with the debt and they wouldn't take a penny less than what was owed ( I can't really blame them they did the work! probably unknowing that it wasn't actually fixed because they refused to see me.) but it seems like they just are not willing to try to work with me. How am I supposed to justify paying the full bill when I'm offering all I have and they will not see me to fix the work done and my mouth hurts all the time? I was mislead about what was to be billed it just is not sitting right with me? I also was not able to schedule a follow up appointment, due to the bill, on the two teeth they gave me caps on (They were the billing issue) still hurt to this day and I cant eat on that side of my mouth it is very unfortunate to give them such a harsh review because the dentist and all the other girls were just so wonderful and said to come back if they still hurt because they didn't know if they got everything. Its a mix up for sure and not entirely their fault but at the same time its how it was handled that has lead me to this review and the ache in my mouth that is just not going away. My boyfriend has been a long time client and I encourage him to go back because they treat him well but he's heard and seen everything and is upset he even referred them to me and doesn't think its right so they lost two clients. Just don't let them harass you and document everything over email or something anything if you feel unsure of the situation. ( The estimate was $700 over what they told me. Sorry but that's crazy when your told your insurance will cover almost all of it then they turn around and say nope and stick it to you.)

I have never felt more at home! The staff is wonderful. I am so glad I found this dental office. My anxieties were calmed. They take the time to listen to your concerns and I am very pleased with the service I have received thus far! I have found my dentist and her wonderful office. Thanks for being amazing!

I highly recommend Auburn Family Dental, and Dr. Raisdana. Everyone was kind, and caring. I was nervous at first, and the staff here made me feel at ease, and Dr. Raisdana did an excellent job, and was kind. They even called me the next day to see how I was doing. This by far is the best dental experience I've ever had, and my family will be back. You are in good hands at Auburn Family Dental. Thank you for caring and doing a great job!

I have a lot of anxiety with dental appointments. At my first appointment the whole staff was understanding and caring. During my cleaning and exam both the doctor and hygienist stopped to ask how I was feeling and made every effort to make the experience a good one.
