Love the judgement-free environment! Everyone was friendly and helpful! I told the doctor that an old filling had a rough spot on it that was bothering me, and she fixed it right then and there! It was a nice game pace to go, especially because I get very anxious about visiting the dentist!

When it was time for me to find a new dentist, I looked for reviews and I finally kind of decided to just give Auburn a try because it was close to me, was in my network for insurance and had the services I was looking for. My first visit was routine cleaning and checkup. I immediately noticed how friendly everyone was plus I absolutely LOVED that I could watch Netflix during my cleaning! But even better than that - after other cleanings from previous dentists, my mouth was sore for a day or more. But when I left I felt fine and it didn’t feel like torture to have teeth cleaned. My second appointment was three fillings. I opted for nitrous which blocked my view of Netflix, but I was calmer and again, it went smooth. I appreciate the service I received and I feel I have found my new long-term dentist.

She may be a wonderful dentist but her bedside manor is THE worst I have ever experienced. She worked on my teeth for 10 to 15 minutes and never addressed me once.....not good morning, how are you, or thank you. Maybe she was having a bad day. I will never know since I won't be back. I will say D, the hygienist was superb so thank you D.!
