Best experience in wichita (and I've tried a few). Everyone from the receptionist to the dental hygienist to the dentist is kind and caring. So happy to have found Dr Terra. She is very loving. They were able to make my 5yr and 6yr old feel very comfortable! (And my daughter is frightened of dentists!) very good service!

I have been going to R2 Center for Dentistry for many years and have never had problems with them. They have such a great environment and friendly service from the minute you walk in the door! Highly recommend going here if you are looking for a dentistry.

Hate going to the dentist but loving going to Reusser's office becuase they are so friendly and they always have home-baked goodies at the front for patients! Everyone at the office is super nice and goes out of their way to make your experience as comfortable as possible.

R2 Dentistry takes great care of my dental health, from the receptionists, hygienists and dentists. Very friendly staff. The only thing to be wary of is the wait times - my first visit I waited over 30 minutes and I am currently 20 minutes into a wait time. Expect to add an extra half hour into your visit.

They have the friendliest staff of any place I have been. I always have a great experience there. I actually look forward to going to the dentist. I know that sounds crazy but it's true. I had a temp crown that came off and they fixed it that day no charge. They stand behind their work and take care of anything issues that come up.

Went in for the “covered by insurance” bi-annual cleaning, they suggested to do a deeper clean. Tech said she had to see if ins covered it (took forever) but was told insurance DID. We gave written consent and then started, and stated it would only be 1/2 the mouth today and we would have to come back. Odd, but ok.
The procedure was never discussed in detail, or the difference between the two (regular and deeper clean). As she is finishing up she says she isn’t sure how the insurance works and as we go to leave they ask for $135. Mind you they have only done half the work.
When asked how that was ok they said sorry and if we didn’t want to come back for the other half to be deep cleaned we didn’t have to, or the “normal” aka “free” cleaning could be done on the other side.
Obviously, i would never expect someone to walk around with 1/2 done job. Can you imagine? Your hair dresser only does half your hair then says you don’t have to come back, but if you want one side to look like the other, it will be $135 more than originally discussed?
We had no option but to get the job completed. They have been paid, but they will not go unknown. I will make sure everyone i know, knows how they run their business. The manager, and dentist are both aware and did nothing to remedy it, other then explain how it is a deeper cleaning when we went on the second visit.
They are deceptive in their ways, and have no remorse. It about money. Not their patients.
That’s no way to run a business.
