So let me start by saying staff is on point and make you feel comfortable. Desk staff is friendly and professional. The dentist I use here, oh yeah, I'll be back. His demeanor and professional. He remembers me as well as reads back notes from last visit.
The dental techs are amazing and make me feel like its okay to say, ouch, but seldom have I since they are so good at their trade craft.

The follow up and personal touch to this place would leave anyone who's worried about a dental visit leaving with a smile and a happy feeling. I'd recommend to anyone who's in need of a new or better dentist to call them.

The staff here is wonderful. Very polite, professional, and kind. They're also very understanding of children/teens and the anxiety that comes with a dental visit for that certain age group of humans. They made my teenager verycomfortable! From the receptionists to the doctors, and everyone in between, they keep you well informed about every detail of your visit! I have to say that Tiffany, specifically, at the front desk, is so wonderful. She's incredibly polite, patient, helpful and she really keeps things moving along there quickly. She will also work diligently to accommodate your schedule. (Thanks Tiffany!) I will certainly be recommending Wheatland Family Dental to all my friends, family and co-workers!

I have been going to Wheatland Family Dental for at least 5 years and have always received a high quality of care. I worked in a dental office for a while and feel like I have insight as to what a skillful dentist and well run practice are like. You will find both here. There is good utilization of technology both in the dental bays and applied to the administrative practices to offer a high level of informed care and a good patient experience. The dental technicians and dentist really care about patient comfort and care and the quality of their work. They take extra time when needed to do things right.

Dr. Rajal is the best. He is so caring and really listens to your needs. I struggle with very high anxiety at the dentist-but at Wheatland it is a very different and positive experience. Dr. and his dental assistants have made it so much better for me. Always so sweet and making me as comfortable as possible! 10/10 recommend them!

I had an emergency dental issue. I tried to see my normal dentist but they were closed for the day..I called another location and they had no dentists in the office. But they were able to refer me to Wheatland Family Dental. Thank you for being able to accommodate my situation and meet my dental needs.

I’ve always had a good experience here. Always had Courtney as a hygienist. Feel lucky each time. Dentist visits make me feel so anxious and it’s important to feel like you are cared for

I needed a dentist today. I called after reviewing there reviews and at first there was a problem with my insurance but they it got resolved and I was in within a few hours. I wouldn't go anywhere else. The staff was friendly, professional, and seem to care about my pain. Thank you Wheatland for the best experience ever.

I've been trying to schedule an appointment for the last 2 days with no success. It makes me wonder if their under new management, either way it may be time to find a new dental office for my family. The service has changed drastically for the worst over the years.

I have nothing but great things to say about this place. I feel welcomed and well taken cared of. The entire staff is great and I love coming here for my dental needs.

Staff are polite and friendly as was the dentist. About 3 years ago I went for a checkup and cleaning. I was told I needed 4 fillings and one, the molar, was urgent. I noticed that the molar was discolored and probably needed a filling. I wanted a second opinion on the others. I filled the molar and my bite was dramatically off. The dentist filled it with a flat top, no attempt to shape the filling to the tooth shape and did not mention that I might have to return to adjust it. That day it was obvious that the filling was just a first step and needed to be adjusted or was done completely incompetently but no none said anything about this during the filling. I went to another dentist during the pandemic and he said I had not cavities but I did have 3 small occlusions do to heavy brushing. I increased my brushing after the last visit with the dentist at Wheatland and this probably worsened my occlusions. Why didn't Wheatland tell me I had occlusions? Why did they tell me I had cavities when 3 years later a more seasoned and detail oriented top dentist in Europe told me I had none? It is common in dentistry to have different standards as to when something needs attention, but here its money that moves that needle and there is no attention to detail when discussing your oral health. US is the most expensive and often the worst health care in the industrialized world - private care in Thailand is better.
