Dental Corner

I would not ever go back to this place. After being insulted several times by Dr. Nguyen, and his hygenist, I was quite offended by the time I left. In addition, it took the doctor 3 hours to fill 3 fillings. Insanity.

Their prices are cheap...but you also receive the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Do yourself a favor and go to Wichita Family Dental. They are wonderful!

Very nice and caring staff. They take great care of ya. I highly recommend for all of your dentistry needs. Dr Rose is awesome.

I was treated with nothing but kindness the staf there are so nice an professional they know what needs to be done for there patients the dentists was so nice and kind to me made sure i was ok after they pulled the rest of my top teeth. Made sure i f i wanted to take a short break until the started to pull the rest of my bottom teeth pulled i ve been dealing with bad teeth for quite some time now I finally found a dentist that realy cares i got my dentures ❤ this dentist office truly cares about his patients well being and the do have another office in moundridge KS same quality of care an professionalism i am glad theres still people who are professional and caring about otheres thanks again for taking care of me. I had two issues with this office: Asking me to digitally sign e-forms that they didn’t want me to see and not having the correct info regarding my appointment. The check-in process involves filling out forms as usual for a dentist. But then, I was asked to digitally sign a signature pad (three times). I ask what I was signing and the receptionist said I was signing my forms that she had just scanned in. This didn’t make sense since a scanned copy would already have my signature. She insisted that I was just signing the form I already signed. But, I couldn’t see what I was signing because the computer screen was facing the receptionist. She wanted me to sign a digital signature pad without seeing the document. When I said I was uncomfortable signing something without seeing it, the receptionist became annoyed and called another person to talk to me. The second person explained that the corporation who owns the company (The Dental Corner) requires a wet AND a digital signature. Ok – but they were reluctant to show me the computer screen so I could see what I was signing. The receptionist turned the screen a little so I could see but was quite irritated. In fact, both ladies were very uncomfortable when I asked to see what I was signing. To me, this is a red flag and I should have walked out then. I didn’t. When I was called back for care, the technician asked if I was there for a second opinion (I wasn’t). Then, he said, “Oh, sorry. I see you’re here for a denture consult.” That was incorrect as well. I was there for a filling replacement. I decided not to continue my appointment and politely asked him to cancel it. He was a little surprised but very nice about it. I would not recommend this dental practice to anyone and I won’t return.

Nice welcoming environment. Great customer service/staff. Lots of parking available. Got me in, in a timely manner. Absolutely no complaints! They make it easy, which is nice.

Had a emergency while on vacation and with one call they had me in for a appointment. Wonderful ladies at the front checking me in and within 5 mins being called to the back. Within 30 min, I was on my way and smiling. Thank you for being great to a stranger.

Love this place the dentists are very pleasant with alot of experience. Their assitants all have very nice personalities and their receptionist are all very kind.
I had a filling here the last visit and did not fill one bit of pain. Also they did'nt rack up a bunch of unecessary charges with work i didnt need. Also in the past they fixed a partial for me and was able to add anouther tooth to it without charging me a arm and a leg! Thank you people at dental corner, you make me smile😆

The staff and dentist were all very nice. Very polite and gentle with my teeth. Great experience. Definitely want to go back.

They were able to schedule me in the same week I called. They also were very accommodating - understanding the nuisances of insurance and helping me navigate the best options. The hygienists were very thurough and kind. The front desk staff were also so helpful.
