They changed out the receptionist and they went downhill! They referred me out to get a route canal and would not send over my x-rays after calling several times so I had to pay for those out of pocket. Then I make an appointment to get the crown put on and they gave me a run around on pricing and how I could pay. So I called off of work for nothing because they wouldn't tell me anything ahead of time or call me back when they said they would. I love Dr. Huskey but I refuse to go back there until the front of house can get thier act together.

I was asked to wear a mask as a women approached the front desk and she was not wearing a mask??? Another young person sitting in the lobby did not have a mask as well.. as I was leaving after my visit the same women that said I needed to wear a mask was talking to another women who was over the tape on the floor and leaning over the counter within several 2feet chatting with each other.. really not working if staff are not following their own policy to keep the clinic and clients safe. 🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️🤷♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️

Let me just start by saying Dr. Husky was the best dentist. He was quick and to the point. I had no idea he retired but upon making an appointment for a lower denture, I saw Tina. Tina is great and goes above and beyond. Then in comes Dr. Rose 😡. No introduction, he's rude and has no patience. He looks at my teeth then leaves. My surgery extraction was scheduled for the 29th of March. So go in on the 29th, he numbs me, and everyone one of my teeth break off. That seemed to annoy him. I was in so much pain, my whole body was shaking. Then he slams the instrument down and says this one tooth is to infected. Walks off. So they rescheduled me on Tuesday. Go Tuesday and he says no I want you on antibiotics for 7 days. He prescribed me valium 5mg ×4. 2 the night before and 2 and hour before my surgery. I go there (my husband drove me) he numbs me. He starts with the procedure and I about come off the chair, tears rolling down my face. He throws the instrument down and said she needs to go to an oral surgeon and walks off. He presribed me Ibuprofen 800. Ya well I already have those. Can I have Tylenol 3. He said nothing and went to another patients room. I am stoned out of my mind and got my purse and went to lobby and said to my husband were are leaving, this was another waste of time and I refuse to come back. Upon walking out, he signed a script for for Tylenol 3, standing next to my husband, and didn't say one word. Ya .... You couldn't pay me to go back to him. He really should go back to Kansas City!! I never had issues with dental corner, it is completely out of way to go there but the service and friendliness is what makes people come back. Now that my rant is over, the office staff and Tina are great! But I will never return there ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
