They got me in within 2 days of my initial call. All members I spoke to during my initial visit were welcoming, accepting, understanding, supportive, and took the time to discuss each procedure, and was patient with me. I enjoyed how the office manager made comments referring back to previous calls I had with them. It made me feel as if she was fully devoted to my time at the office. I appreciated how they walked me through the financial component and even helped me understand a bit more on financial tools I have available to me. Highly recommend Aspen of Georgetown! Cannot wait to go in for my next visit.

They got me in quick for an exam and was able to do a tooth extraction immediately. I didn't have to wait long, the dentist that pulled my tooth was very friendly and made the procedure go with ease. You could tell she knew what she was doing, and walked me through my problematic teeth and gave her opinion on what's best to do. I haven't had bad experiences with other places but comparing this place with past experiences from other dentist's, I think this placed did excellent. I highly recommend and give thanks to the people there.

When I first arrived about 10 min late as a new patient on a super rainy morning, the receptionist wasn’t very friendly. I didn’t expect my experience to get better. I was in a mood myself with the rain and traffic and also flying in the day before from Military training. I chose to change my mood, I’m a nurse. I get it! Worse things in the world. I hope her day got better ♥️🫶🏼 And I hope to see her again on a better day! I will be on time, I promise!
The exam was SUPER thorough! I have NEVER had such an exam in my years! I was super impressed with the back office staff! Very professional and knowledgeable! (At first I thought I had something seriously wrong 🤣!! Turns out the exam was just being amazing!)
The office manager (I believe that’s what she said her position was), was super sweet and patient. I paid my dues and walked out feeling wholeheartedly like adulting was successful today! I loved it! Thank you so much!!

Had a horrible experience, they are nothing but scammers that try to rip you off. I have great insurance but when my insurance only covers 1/4 of my cleaning and they want to still charge me over 200 dollars for it, there’s definitely something wrong. Not worth your time or money. I recommend going somewhere else who actually has your best interest in mind.

This office has gone above and beyond more than once in the short time I've been a patient here. As a veteran with PTSD, going to the dentist is usually stressful, but they make it so much easier on me and help me feel at ease. Thank you for giving excellent care to veterans who don't get dental benefits.

Ok so I have been going to this aspen for over a year and I have had some bad experiences. But I called customer service a few days ago and expressed my concerns and today I went in and the manager Allison I believe she said her name was came to the room to tell me how sorry she was for the bad experiences I had and really made me feel as though she would do what she could to show me a different side to this location I had issues with the way I was being treated by one of the employees and she made it clear that he would no longer be an issue so I wanted to come back on and give a different review and let people know that when I expressed my concerns and told them what had happened they made changes and made me feel alot better about sticking with them and giving them the chance to make my final dentures fit the right way and end the long relationship on a good note I will rewrite review again once my final dentures are done

Pretty solid so far. Staff is friendly and prices seemed reasonable. My treatment plan was bout $1200 or so. Another place in town wanted $2500. Edit: rescheduled a cleaning on me 3 times in a row now. Been trying to get a simple cleaning now for like 6 months.
