Needed a tooth extracted, not a very fun procedure in general. However, Dr.Couch and his staff made it a pain free and quick experience. Dr. Couch has a very good easy going personality and calming demeanor. He and the staff are very nice and friendly. Just won over a new patient in me. Can't go wrong in your dental needs with this group. Highly recommend!

EVERYONE in this office was absolutely phenomenal!!!! From the time you come in, til you’re back in the treatment room and at checkout-you are treated kindly, professionally, and like you matter to them. I have been through many unfortunate events that have led me through many dentists all over the world(literally) as we were in the military over 26+ years. I have had military dentists and civilian dentists but I have NEVER been to a dentist who cares and truly wants to do his best to find a way to help. The dental assistants who work with him were so helpful and made me feel at ease and didn’t make me feel the humiliation I put on myself. The wonderful ladies in reception also made things so easy and did their best to help me get the appointments I needed both in and outside the clinic and help me with the billing. I am beyond grateful that I found this wonderful group of caring human beings who are truly caregivers. Instead of dreading going to the dentist-I am honestly grateful to be going. Thank you all very much for all that you do!

I would give 10 stars if I could and definitely recommend. Especially for those who hate visiting the dentist or with severe anxiety when they think about it.
I was having significant pain from a broken tooth. I called at 8am when they opened, as a new patient never having been seen there, and the receptionist had me come right away. Dr Couch evaluated me and discussed the treatment options. We made a plan and I was finished and home very quickly with problem solved. All the staff were simply exceptional from the front desk all the way back. So caring and compassionate. I am extremely anxious with dental care yet they made the visit very tolerable. We even had some laughs along the way which was helpful. I have definitely found the dentist office I can stick with for regular visits.

Found per Reddit recommendations. Before this, I hadn't been to a dentist in 3 years. I had a bad experience with another company that kept pushing additional (expensive) treatments I didn't think I needed.
This place was not like that. I really liked the dentist and staff. I loved how the paperwork is done online. I loved the pricing before services and they explained things to me. I had a dental exam and cleaning. I walked out without pain/ discomfort from the cleaning (jaw issues) and I'm looking forward to completing my treatment plan developed by the dentist with me. Would recommend to family and friends.

Dr. Couch and everyone in his office are amazing. This is the first time in my life that I have actually liked going to the dentist. My husband, son, and mom go as well. They go out of their way to remember details and make you feel like more than just a number. I still don’t like metal touching my teeth but at least they make the rest of the experience enjoyable.

Good atmosphere, the assistant that helped me and took my x-rays was very kind and really helped to ease my anxiety about being at the dentist for the first time in a while. Dr. Couch was great, I really appreciated the time he took to explain everything to me and give me tips on preventing dental decay for the future. Overall a really good experience!
