Being new to the area it can be difficult getting established with doctors. I was extremely fortunate when a friend recommended Dr. Couch. From my first interaction with office staff setting up an appointment to my visit today, the experience was great! The staff make you feel welcome and at ease. My hygienist was awesome and the cleaning was thorough. Dr. Couch was just as awesome and informative on my dental needs. It's been years since I have been to the dentist, I had a lot of anxiety built up over my dental health and the work I was I pretty sure I was going to need. They got me in super fast, didn't have to wait but a few minutes, the experience was a breeze. They were very friendly and explained every thing that was going to need to be done in a way that I could understand. The cleaning process was very quick even though it has been forever since I last had one and the hygienist was amazing nothing hurt and she asked if I was okay around the trouble areas I have. Dr. Drew set me up with a plan, and made sure I understood the benefits of the options I have going forward, you can tell he actually cares about your wellbeing and doesn't just see you as a dollar sign. I am extremely happy and if you have any concerns about choosing a dentist I can assure you this office has all of these good reviews for a reason. I will be going here for as long as I am in Lexington!

Dr. Couch is an excellent dentist. He knows what he is doing, cares about his patient's dental health and ensures that his patients look the best they can. He takes time with his patients and follows up as needed with phone calls. I had the beginnings of an abscess due to a seed that was trapped under my gum line between 2 teeth. He spent a lot of time working on it, got the seed out and then followed up with a phone call the next day to see how I was doing.
