Great hygienist, knowledgeable and has hands of an angel, she works a water scaler like no other. Definitely gentle and she constantly checking to make sure you’re comfortable.

So far so GREAT! The staff has been super kind and accommodating. I’m having upper dentures made. I will update my review once I get them back, just got impressions today. Went for wax bite today, my 3rd day in a row at the office and once again everyone in there is kind. It’s like have a pep squad in there with you 😂 Will update after wax try in.

I had an early appointment and every single staff member were bright & cheery and full of positive energy. When you walked through the door you were greeted with pleasantries that immediately made you feel comfortable and relaxed.

I left my original review in tack below I just wanted to add on as the lies and scam continues. I am leaving my new dentist office the one that actually treats my issues and didn't look at me for 5 seconds and say I have gum disease. When leaving I was asked to pay $508 to cover what insurance did not cover. Being the first $1000 is covered I was confused. I paid the bill and called my insurance company. Turns out Aspen charged me for the visit and xray I was told both where free. (Worth noting i was charged for the xray day one. I called and was told it would be fixed. Not only was it not fixed they have no record saying i called and was told it would be fixed) Now the best part I was charged $60 for medication and I did not receive ANY medication. The only thing you could even call "medication" was the $33 toothpaste I paid for out of pocket that my new dentist has in stock for $7. I just called Aspen and of course they can't answer what medication I received. I was told the billing department must have made a error and that they would look into it. This company is out for your money period. If you still decide to go you will pay for that mistake for a long time as I am learning the hard way. Please don't make the same mistakes I have made.

This is not an over Exaggerated review. BE WARNED THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!! I was having some tooth pain and could clearly see something had to be done. I went here expecting to simply have a tooth pulled nothing more. Without any testing I was told I have staged 2 gum disease. Before this company would even touch me they wanted $1600 to start on my gum disease. Before accepting this and going through I explained I was going for a second opinion. No exaggeration this company calls me everyday like they are car salesman changing their prices trying desperately to get me to make an appointment at these absurd prices. I am now leaving a family dental office I do not have gum disease they actually did test in fact I was right from the beginning I have a cavity. This place is flat out after your money they will tell you you have stuff wrong with you with doing absolutely no testing what the hopes you will just go along. If you do decide to go here I highly recommend getting a second opinion before making up your mind. What I was told it would cost me $6500 and multiple visits. It was fixed with one visit and $250 .... Also if you have insurance do not fall for their free X-ray it is a flat a lie. I found out today they charged my insurance company for xrays. The sad thing is they did not even xray the area I was having problem so the x-rays they provide for free but actually charged hundreds of dollars for had to be redone today because the x-rays were not even worth the paper they were printed on... Last thing to also prepare for if you go here 1st and decide to go for a second opinion they will fight tooth and nail to not send the info needed to the 2nd opinion's office. They went as far as to tell the dentist I went to today I did not even go there and they have no records to send. It was like pulling teeth pun intendent getting my records from this company. This company does not care about you they want your money and your money only and will do everything in their disposal including lying and harassment to achieve this. Again be warned this is not a joke this place is flat out a scam

I was pleased with the service that I received at the Dixie Highway in Louisville, KY location of Aspen Dental. I give special kudos to all of the staff there, especially my Dental Asst Shanice, Dr. Ihnen, Hygienist Sarah, Office Manager
Dalani, and Asst Managers Sara & Alexis. I am usually very anxious when I go to a Dental Center, but the atmosphere there was professional and friendly. I would give them all a #10.

The whole staff was very friendly and helpful. The doctor was very pleasant and informative. I've had bad teeth for several years but Covid kept me from doing anything about it. I'm very glad to have been reccomended to go to Aspen Dental. I fell very positive that this is going to be a very good experience. Would definitely recommend.

I was late to the first appointment so they rescheduled for a later date . And plus the day before the second appointment they told me that they aren't even in my insurance network. The first patient exam nearly took over 2 hours to do. Plus they told me it would take nearly over 8,000 to pay for all the procedures but when I personally did the math it came to a little over 7,000 . It doesn't help that I can literally hear them say to nearly every new patient that they're not in the insurance network that the patient uses . They expect someone who is low income and only get paid so much a week to come up with the money just for a tooth extraction. If they told me that they wasn't in my insurance network or even accept my insurance I would have not made the appointment in the first place

If I could go lower, I would. Had to reschedule my kids first appointment here and kept getting emails telling me all the wrong dates. Whatever, I'll call and get it straightened out... just kept ringing with someone repeatedly picking it up and putting back on hold. Stayed on hold long enough to drive up and see the receptionist playing with her nails and put me back on hold. So I'll stick with Mortenson.

None of their surgeons are registered in KY. As a new adult WITH insurance. ANTHEM AND PASSPORT. I paid $700 out of pocket for the surgery and paid $30 out of pocket for half of the medication prescribed to me. The pain meds are still at CVS Pharmacy because I do not have the funds so i’m expected to walk around with my mouth hurting.
