They did a wonderful job Dr Guthrie was amazing and made me feel absolutely comfortable. Although expensive (I don't have dental insurance) I'd pay for it again. My smile is beautiful 😁😁

This is the most UNPROFESSIONAL place I have ever been too. First of all since when does THE DOCTOR discuss payment and insurance with you. I thought they have people for that. They only want your money and try to charge you for things that insurance covers saying that it doesn't. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. I'm more so upset that so much of my time was wasted. They are very UNPROFESSIONAL just stay away!

I called Aspen with high hopes of having a great experience due to all of the commercials about how quickly they get people in & how flexible they are. Not! I needed a cleaning & filling replaced. My appt. was scheduled for 3 weeks out from the day that I called & once that day finally came, after a ton of xrays, I was sent home with no filling & no cleaning! Just a referral & suggestion to make another appt. for the cleaning...waste of time! Not to mention, it takes forever to get someone to answer the phone & the office didn't look that clean! I'm searching for a new dentist yet again!

Hands down one of the best dentists experiences I've ever had at a dentist office very kind people good prices and I'll let you know about the quality whenever I get my first hygiene appointment over with. I was thinking to myself I've been wasting my time and money at other places when I could have been going at Aspen Dental on Dixie the whole time.👍

I went here in May of 2017. I had a few fillings done. The dr who worked on me (can't remember his name), wasn't very nice. He came off very arrogant & got upset at me that I could still feel pain. Anyway, I thought all was gone once I left but about a month later ALL the teeth he worked on started hurting very badly. Come to find out, he left massive decay under one tooth & the filling came out of another. I had to move to California so now I'm paying out of pocket to have them fixed, which I don't mind because you couldn't pay me to go back to that man! Just extremely annoying to have to have work redone when you've already spent so much money trying to get your teeth back into good health. Now I'll be lucky if I don't need a root canal in the tooth that he left decay in! 😡

It would've been a five due to the EXCELLENT customer service we received from EVERYONE but...the girl who greeted us was VERY NICE...but her refilling the copier paper exposed more of her backside than we wanted to see. You would think that they would have a dress code that prevents "sagging" so it doesn't offend the customers.

This was my first visit with Aspen dental and I normally have a LOT of anxiety about dentist…but literally everyone from the front desk to the chair made me so comfortable and the office staff worked to get me the best price available and I was really surprised because normally they tell u a price and it’s ur responsibility to figure it out
