These workers are awesome! They seen me when no one else would. They made me feel welcomes and answered all of my concerns. The only downfall, I wish they took the insurance I have, otherwise, this place is the 💣.com

I hadn't been to the dentist in a few years, and had to have several teeth pulled in order to get dentures. Very scared! Needless to say, I went in, and had it all done, and look and feel great! Everyone there was very helpful and VERY nice. What a great bunch of people! I'd recommend it to my friends and family in a heartbeat! Thank you, Tammy, Hope, Lindsey, Angela, Gina, and Debbie! You made it easy!

I was very pleased with the service that was given to me at Aspen Dental. The employees where very kind and we'll mannered as well as excellent professionalism and they were very swift and proficient with their dental services. I have and do recommend that anyone with dental work needing done should give Aspen Dental a try

The establishment is very inconsistent, communication in this place is terrible in my opinion. Although the doctors office is very clean and nice looking , the staff (not all of them) can come off as very rude . Especially the dentist. He was very rude to me. After I got work done , there had been some complications when I got home. I then called to come back so he could fix them and he had some rude remarks to say to me . Not somebody I would voluntarily want operating on my mouth. It was almost like he didn't want to fix what HE did. It's sad that you can't even feel comfortable with your doctor. Then I had an appointment for the hygienist to clean the top part of my teeth (the 2nd part was already done previously by her) and the hygienist wasn't there so the dentist had to do it. First of all its not the hygienists fault , they mis-scheduled me and didn't bother to call me saying that she would not be in attendance. I could have easily rescheduled for her. And all the dentist did was put some type of mouthwash in my mouth and called that a cleaning. So I had to call and make sure I wasnt getting cheated (which I was). I had to go back and have the hygienist do the top. She did a very good job and was the only employee that seemed to care. Other tham the lady who worked with me on the financial side of things. The last straw for me was when I had a follow up appointment voluntarily made by the hygienist to get some more cleaning done . I thought it was apart of my package that was already discussed but instead they asked for a payment up front . If I would have known there was an extra payment in the first place and that it WAS NOT apart of my package then I would have been prepared to pay that amount. Like I said communication sucks there and they are not the nicest people. The receptionists there are very cold and smart alike. The nicest person was the hygienist and that is sad because I spent the least amount of time with her. The dental assistant also was rude , she kept repeating stuff to me like I was slow or didn't hear her . I'm a easy going patient, I listen to the doctors and I do not complain. So I didn't need to get talked to like a kid. I will never be in this establishment again. And I need to talk to someone who owns Aspen Dental. There are some serious issues going on at this location

The staff are very efficient while still being thorough on their work. They are super friendly. I haven't met a single rude person there. The dentist himself is incredibly nice. Best dentist I have ever been to by far!! 100000% recommend!!!

Nathan was great with answering my questions, scheduling and in person, I further witnessed his office management skills when he spoke to customers and employees. Great first impression. Megan, Tammy and Dr. Graham didn't let me down either... performing like a flawless all-star group of miracle workers. Lastly, I was greeted and treated by Kendal. Her dental hygienist skills cannot be compared to. My needs were met. Google, please add more stars to my rating, because their thoroughness was beyond impressive.

Best dentist visit I have ever had. From the moment I walked in I was treated with respect and kindness. The Doctor was great and the office helped me setup a care plan. I left feeling informed

I’ve been a pt at Aspen Dixie since 2018. Everyone is always so pleasant. I called to get an appt for an urgent matter and even during Covid I was given a reasonable appointment date/time. The assistant and provider I was today was great!

Wasted two days of my time and ultimately treated nothing (did try to sell me on getting dentures though in their time with me...thanks a bunch). I called because I was in great pain and they said they could treat me at 11 that day. At 11:30, they tell me she can't do it until after lunch, then comes back to tell me they can't do it until the next day at 1:00. I grudgingly accept. Then they turn the procedure down again because my blood pressure is too high (their solution was to schedule me for an oral surgeon many days later and to take over-the-counter pain reliever). So, having called about an being in pain and needing urgent care and being assured all that WOULD happen, they instead spent two days wasting my time, making me paying for x-rays, and providing me no treatment whatsoever. Sorenson (New Albany) and Kirchner (Jeffersonville) are MUCH better options in this area.

Love the people and doctors and the teeth. I have a few fitting issues, but they are taking care of them and you don't feel hesitant to come back. The 7 year warranty is very comforting. Thank you Aspen.
