The vibes from this establishment mimics my personality which comes across as a person who has never met a stranger! 1st impressions means alot & after the 1st 5 minutes of entering a place I know whether I'll be back or never step foot back in, but I must say Aspen has the right professionals in place because i felt as if i was a regular even though this was my 1st time visiting! The assistants, receptionist, billing coordinator & hygienist we're very well knowledgeable, understanding & helpful throughout the entire visit and I Appreciate this staff taking my family & I in and out while taking care of our needs! Keep up the good work Aspen Crew!

This was a wonderful experience... went in thinking I needed a crown and the dentist made a decision that a filling would be better. This was such a surprise and relief! Everyone went above and beyond of what was expected and were as personable as they were professional. Ms Cleveland, the office manager, was so helpful with helping to get finances straight and making sure I was in and out with all my dental needs met! Thank YOU to the staff for being the magic that put me at ease.

These women at this office are liars. I would admonish anyone to never step foot in their office but if you make the mistake and do please keep all of your itemized receipts and treatment plan summery sheets because these people will over bill you for treatment that you already paid for. These people are very unprofessional and excellent time wasters. I had an idea something was off when they tried to convince me that a teeth cleaning was mandatory before any procedures done at their offices. Scam artists!

I am a regular long standing customer with this Aspen Dental Clinic that has had several procedures done there. Usually everything goes well enough. Popped a large filling out while flossing on Sunday. Called the clinic on Monday morning to make an appointment to get it filled back in ASAP because it was on a back lower large chewing tooth. Also told the receptionist I talked to that I was very high risk for Covid because I had had heart surgery about a month and a half ago, that I was also a Type II Diabetic and I needed to reduce my exposure as much as possible, and coming into the dentist office was very concerning to me. The receptionist apparently understood and scheduled me an appointment a few days later on Wed. I thought I was covered and planned on the filling to be replaced on Wednesday. My fault for assuming that the appointment was made correctly! Called on Wed to ask a question about Covid procedures and found out that I was only scheduled for an “Examination” that day and not the full filling procedure because I hadn’t been in over 6 months. Yes, because of Covid and my high risk factor at a dentist office. I would have to reschedule my filling procedure and come in again, thus increasing my possible Covid exposure in the dentist office! This information about only being scheduled for an examination first and Not doing the filling procedure that day was NEVER EXPRESSED TO ME! Neither was the requirement to have a full examination before any procedure is done if you haven’t been in in over 6 months. That’s fine, just TELL ME THAT AS THE CUSTOMER!! Don’t schedule me for something and then tell me later that “Oh, I’m sorry, we didn’t schedule you for what you asked for and talked about when you called to make your appointment.” Very POOR communication skills from this place. I should have been told about the full examination requirement after 6 months and also that I wasn’t being scheduled for the full procedure that I actually called to schedule!
