I had to get a tooth extracted and replaced. The extraction went fine, the root was inserted and left to heal. They told me to come back a couple of days after and proceeded to take a mold, my stitches were torn from my mouth during this. The actual dentist came in, saw what happened, brushed it off, and raced to get me out. They then charged me for a temporary replacement that was too big, that they had to shave ends off, and force in the gap.
That was a year ago. Since then they had tried to make me do more procedures, every one getting more and more expensive, and I wasn't able to get my replacement because the wound didn't heal properly due to my stitches being yanked out. They won't finish the job. I have reached out trying to get my replacement tooth, and they won't even respond.
This is the worst dentist I have ever been to. Do not go here.

My experience was phenomenal, I was a little worried at first because it's been a while since I've been back to the dentist. But my worries were relieved after I talked to Dr Bernard about what were my best options to maintain my dental health and having a great smile again. My first visit was an extraction, but everything turned out just fine. I'll be back to continue with my scheduled appointments. Dr Bernard and the rest of dental team are all professionals.

The people are so sweet and amazing!!!! I have always dreaded going to the dentist. Fear of pricing and of pain. But man... I am so glad I gave this place a chance. I'm finally getting work done I've put off for years! And they have several options when it comes to cost. They make you feel so comfortable! The staff is immaculate! Especially Ms. V! So personable.

All of the staff members are very welcoming and helpful. They put your well-being first every visit. Dr.Bernard and Ms. V walk you through each step of the process as it happens to make sure you're comfortable. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a clinic with friendly people and excellent quality work!

Avoid at all costs!!! This place is crown happy. My first visit they told me I needed a crown and I took their word for it to the tune of $1500. Upon my next checkup they said I needed 2 more crowns at the cost of $4200!!! I went back to my old dentist to verify their claim and he fixed my teeth with a $110 filling!! My wife went to the location at Juban Crossing and they told her she needed 2 crowns at the price of $4000!!! Go to a locally owned dentist office that is owned by a real old fashioned dentist and not an investment group!!
