So this was my first time at this location and I went in for a cleaning and a molar examination had I had a really great experience here. The staff were very friendly and informative and very patient with me as well. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a good work and great service!!!

Dr. Grand and his staff are very welcoming, knowledgeable, and friendly. They were thourough when explaining what was being done during my exam and why. I was even presented with a blanket when the staff realized I was cold. Courtney did a fantastic job cleaning my teeth and Dr. Paige was fast and gentle with my dental work. Grand Family Denistry was nice enough to work with me and my husband while we sorted out an issue with our dental insurance company. They really do aim to give their patients the best care and experience.

My experience at Grand Family Dentistry lived up to the name: grand! My circumstances were unusual. I had an emergency tooth issue that came up over the July 4th holiday weekend. My own dentist had no "after hours" help to offer me, so in my desperate need for help to relieve my pain, I drove to Grand Family Dentistry and was pleased to see many cars in the parking lot! Wonderful, they are open! Well.....not so fast. I quickly realized they were not open that day, but having a staff party of food and fun. However, I was beyond grateful to be met with kindness and graciousness as Dr. Grand and his dental assistant (I believe her name was Sam) took a break from eating jambalaya and enjoying time with their co-workers to see me. They were able to diagnose the problem, bring relief, and send me on my way with tears of joy. They didn't have to do this for me. I was not their patient. I had never stepped foot in their office until that moment. However, they won me over with the compassion and professionalism they demonstrated that day. Thank you to all the staff who helped me that day: Dr. Grand, Sam, and the Office Manger.
