My experience was great at Brighter Smile! From the very friendly staff and bottled water in the waiting room to the thorough cleaning/explanation of the cleaning. It was a fantastic experience. My hygienist,Lisa, was very knowledgeable and explained every step of the cleaning, as well as, the health of my teeth. My dentist, Dr. Brouillette, was very friendly and great. They listened and asked questions to get to know me. The massage dental chair was an added bonus too. They really listened to issues I had with my teeth and gave me ideas to help with them and to improve my dental health without making me feel badgered. I definitely enjoyed my experience and recommend them!

I would like to thank A Brighter Smile Dental Care on Viking Drive in Bossier City, Louisiana. Since covid, it’s been very hard for me to find a new dentist that are friendly and professional. I had a very bad experience with one about a month ago and refuse to go back. A Brighter smile is very professional and has nothing but nice workers. I am really happy with my first experience with them and plan on staying here. I HIGHLY Recommend this place to anyone. 🦷 💛

My appointment went so smoothly! I didn't feel a thing throughout my procedure. The dr and assistant worked very flawlessly together. Explained the process at every step. I was literally out of there in 35 minutes! The front staff were super friendly too! I really appreciate their thoroughness and how they work to make sure it's a good/great experience!

The office was comfortable and they were welcoming. The bummer was having only a hygienist do every part of my dental checkup including checking my gum health numbers , polishing and rest of the cleaning despite having a major complaint of pain and sensitivity in my teeth. Here I am now wondering if something was missed at the office yesterday. I have never experienced that with any prior dental appointments.
The dentist came by to answer my questions and exchange pleasantries, however appeared to be in a hurry. I wouldn’t have booked the appointment if I was informed It was just an appointment with the hygienist. Sorry I won’t be returning.

The staff is so friendly and welcoming. I have never felt more comfortable in a dentist office. During my visit my dental hygienist made sure I was feeling comfortable and checked on me several times. I have dental anxiety and the staff was so kind and willing to help accommodate all my needs to help make each visit easy. I'm looking forward to my next appointment!
