The service was great. It was friendly atmosphere and Dr. Wright and his staff made me feel like family. Tasha did my cleaning and she was phenomenal. One of the only times I haven’t felt any discomfort or pain while going through the process. I recommend Fresh Dental to anyone looking for a great dental service. Oh I almost forgot to mention they took me last minute. So 5 more stars for the convenience!!!

Aweeeesome! Thought I was going in just for X-Rays when Dr. Wright offered to fix my issue same day. I was beyond impressed by the ladies at the front desk as well. Had issues with getting the correct insurance info but they were more than patient. Everyone I encountered was smiling and seemed happy. Thanks again guys!

Excellent! Staff is very friendly. There performance in there tasks are great! Dentist very nice, informative, good on the eyes too. Hygentist is quick, good, very efficient, and cute too. Highly recommend this facility 10 star not 5!

I've been scared of dentist my whole life but today that all went away! I've never been comfortable with dentist but Dr. Wright changed that. He pulled my tooth with ease. No pain, no pressure. Honestly, it was the easiest and fastest procedure I have ever had! I definitely recommend Fresh Dental and Dr. Wright!

I wish I could put a negative star on here. We have had challenges getting paperwork from the VA Megan who claims to be the owner has been completely rude and she has yelled and raised her voice in text and over the phone and told me to find another dentist because I asked her not to be rude to me. We paid $99 for a discount program on the first visit. So I said if she was making me leave the dental office I wanted that refunded and she laughed and said no. I have never ever had a dentist office be so rude.

If you’re military, don’t go here.
Their policy is to do x-rays every time, even though they know Tricare/United Concordia won’t cover it, and they will not tell you you’ll be paying for those until it’s done and their claims get rejected. Another issue was they billed for my son incorrectly and tried to make me pay for his stuff without even verifying why it was rejected, but when I called the insurance, they stated it was rejected because they didn’t send his age correctly. Glad I called and got that cleared up before they charged me more for their error, and the lady up front wouldn’t even apologize for their mistake… Seems like a serious lack of attention to detail, up front honesty, and customer service. Beware!

I was a walk-in and everything was clean and orderly. Decorations were great.
The staff were courteous and friendly. Wait time was probably 10min or less.
