While everyone is very friendly at this practice, my dental needs were not met. I had a badly broken tooth with the dentin and pulp exposed. Dr. Benoit did not really check the tooth out. He only looked at it with the xray and his eyes. He did file down the sharp edges though. He offered to put a crown on which was not affordable to me. Even if I could afford it, I would have had to wait weeks for him to repair the tooth. It wasn't until I started asking the lady who checked me out about the procedure, that Dr. Benoit came up front and told me that my tooth was bad and he wouldn't know how bad it was until he got in there to start cleaning it out. He should have told me that as soon as he realized. Then they offered me a very temporary option which I could afford, but I still would have had to wait weeks to have done. I was there and was turned away for treatment. I ended up having to go to another dentist and pay more money than I had to for my problem. Speaking of money, Dr. Benoit charges almost 30% more than the other dentist I went to. The other dentist I went to was able to fix my tooth with an option Dr. Benoit did not offer. They fixed it the same day. The crown price they offered was over $700 cheaper than his. After this experience, I felt like my problem was not worth his time. I also felt like he hikes his prices way too high. I felt taken advantage of in that light, but I know he does this to all his patients which is worse.

Came to Dr. Benoits office for tooth pain and other dental issues. He was very attentive, professional, understanding and kind. We came up with a game plan for my tooth pain and other issues I brought up. I look forward to working with him as my new dentist.
