Benoit Family & Cosmetic Dentistry: Dr. Brian Benoit

I had the worst anxiety about going to the dentist. After a bad experience elsewhere, I skipped the dentist for 6 years. Dr. Benoit’s office made me feel so comfortable from the very first call and all the way to the dentist chair. Very thankful for the sweet girls who work in the office and my wonderful dental hygienist. I felt comfortable and happy the entire time. Dr. Benoit is super nice and very personable. His calming manner really put me at ease for my future dental work.

The best dentist I’ve ever been to. The whole staff is friendly and makes sure you’re as comfortable as possible. If you aren’t satisfied with their work, they go out of their way to fix it. Their customers are their priority. Clean waiting room, no wait and very organized workspace. Benoit is definitely my favorite person to talk to while I’m there, always in the best mood possible, putting me in a great mood as well.

LOVE Benoit Family Dentistry! Dr. Benoit and the staff are amazing. They always make sure my family and I are happy and comfortable. Even my three year old loves going to the dentist. There is never a wait, the office is always clean, and the staff is really nice. I highly recommend them to anyone!

I have been seeing Dr. Benoit and his staff for approximately 14-15 years. They are always kind, and very accommodating. I’m very happy with the service I received. Dr. Benoit is an excellent dentist. I don’t trust anyone else with my smile. 😁

Dr. Benoit is by far the best dentist I've ever encountered. He's personable and really cares. His staff is very skilled and friendly. His hours are reasonable too. He explains things thoroughly. I can't emphasize how caring he is! I will choose him again and again!! I recommend him every time

Update 2/23/2022:
We ended up deciding to change to another dentist for our dental needs. While Brian is absolutely awesome, the billing people he has working for him are less than stellar. On multiple occasions we were asked to make very high payments for services provided and then told we would be credited once our insurance paid. This just seemed odd on so many levels. On other occasions, we could never get a straight answer as to what services were submitted, to which insurance company it was submitted to, etc. Wife and I have separate insurances through our employers and our whole family is double covered. Our out of pocket cost should have been minimal, but Brian's billing person would often tell us the out of door cost for the services that day was several hundreds of dollars.

I don't know if it was from lack of experience or something shady, but we have decided to look elsewhere for our family's dental needs. Like I said in my original review, Brian is awesome as is most of his staff, but when it comes to people's money, a friendly smile and all the best of intentions can only get you so far. For this reason alone, I am changing my review to 3 stars from 5.

If you choose to use this business, just make sure to stay on top of your insurance billing and make sure it is covered BEFORE you get the work done because the girl behind the desk isn't very sympathetic to your concerns or even attempting to work with you.

My old dentist had such a dry mannerism that I felt it was time to start the search for a new dentist for my family and I. Brian and his staff came highly recommended and we decided to make the switch. I can tell you, it was one of the best decisions we ever made. The kids are no longer "afraid" to go the the dentist.

As far as Brian's staff go, they are of the highest caliber when it comes to your dental care. Everyone I have met has been friendly, considerate, professional, and almost scarily cheerful when you arrive.

To give you an idea of Brian's persona, I have a short anecdote where we interacted one visit. I was having some work done due to a cavity and when Brian came in to start the procedure he jokingly commented "so you wanted the gold or the platinum?" at which time I quickly responded with "Whatever funds your next trip to Jamaica doc". He laughed, I laughed, the staff laughed (nervously) then he got to work.

Like others have stated in their reviews, Dr. Benoit is funny without being corny (well, maybe a little), he is professional, and he comes off as genuinely caring for his patients. His staff matches his persona and the office (both front & back) are clean, modern, and comfortable to be in.

Dr. Benoit and his whole staff make you feel very welcome. I went to see him for a second opinion and decided to stay with him. Kind, caring wonderful people all the way around. I will refer all my friends and family to go see Dr. Benoit. Great experience.

Sometimes it is very scary to go to a new Dentist but Dr. Benoit’s office can change your mind very quickly. From the moment you walk in the lobby the receptionist greets you and swiftly taken to the back for your cleaning. This office is up to date on new fillings and technology to help you achieve the smile you would be proud to show off.

My experience at Dr. Benoit was very comfortable and the communication is great. The lady that I transported was very happy after her visit
