Staff is very friendly and professional. Service is prompt. Facility is clean. Overall atmosphere is very pleasant. Office sends email reminder and phone reminder before every visit.

I had my teeth cleaned several weeks ago. Shortly after I had my teeth cleaned, I felt it was a poor job. I have gingivitis and get my teeth cleaned every three (3) months. I know if my teeth and gums were cared for correctly.
A week later I had a bad taste in my mouth. Usually the bad taste returns after 2 months after a good cleaning due to my gingivitis. I called Mandeville Dental to schedule a redo knowing they would stand behind their service. They made an appointment soon after.
Upon arriving at the office 2581 Florida St., they said I would be charged for this cleaning. I told them that I didn't think I should be charged twice. The staff said they would contact the regional manager
A week later or so, the manager Kim, called and stated they would not clean my teeth and gums without payment.
I told them I and my wife would never use their service again.
In my opinion, they don't stand behind their work. In my opinion, they don't care about their patients.

Amanda was excellent. Made good recommendations at caring for my teeth and most importantly was very friendly.

Great group! Friendly and welcoming for kids and adults. Olivia is a great tech, thorough and pleasant. Dr. Davenport is nice and very efficient during the visit.

I am really unsure as to why the reviews for this place are so good.

I went in for a cleaning and I saw Dr. Perkins in August of 2012. I left with a treatment plan showing that I needed work done on all but 4 teeth in my mouth. I needed a crown, I had warped silver fillings that needed to be replaced and I had over 9 areas of decay that needed to be filled. I did not have insurance at the time so I just made an appointment to have the crown done.

I went in and had impressions taken and then the crown procedure. Someone came in and put sealants on two teeth and I noticed that the tooth next to the crown had been drilled into. They decided to do a filling without my knowledge and once I left there was an additional $400 charge on top of the $1300 I was paying out of pocket for the crown. I ended up going back 2 seperate times because the crown never fit correctly. They also kept taking off the temporary and scraping my exposed tooth without numbing me.

Fast forward to today. I moved out of state and just went to a new dentist. I was really embarrassed to go because of all of the work I needed to have done. Well, I left that dentist with ZERO cavities. The dentist also told me that all of my silver fillings were in excellent shape and did not need to be replaced.

I would have never thought to get a second opinion when it comes dental work but I would advise you to use extreme caution when going to this dentist. They are just looking to make money. I should have known better, after I was offered Botox and was given a speech about how I should get veneers before I even sat down for my cleaning.

Please check out your other options before seeing this Dentist. Unless of course you don't mind having unnecessary dental work done, and you can afford to throw away thousands of dollars.

The staff at MDC is wonderful. Had a fear of the dentist growing up as a child but MDC has changed that for me. Would recommend MDC to anyone looking for a dentist.

Great general dentistry practice. Awesome, gentle hygienists, great DDS, fantastic with kids too!
