I waited 3hrs to see the dentist. He took xrays of my teeth to later tell me he doesn't even do work on back teeth. I had him fill in a tooth I chipped when I was 12yrs old, I've had this tooth filled in two other times in my life an both times the filling stayed in for years but when I went to this dentist he did a terrible job at filling the tooth in an when I got home the filling popped straight off so now he has billed my insurance an I still have a the exact same problem when I walked into see him but now a bigger problem he's been paid for nothing.

I had a appointment today at At Dr. Nelson’s office one of his receptions took me to the room 2 about 9:15 AM I sat in that room 2 for 3 1/2 hours I called up to the desk asked have they forgot me. The young Lady stated No ma’am. so she sent the janitor into the room And to the other lady room.I was in room two and The other lady who is in room one and he stated that the doctor was in surgery.Dr. Nelson staff isn’t professional at all.. I hope that someone else have a better experience at Dr Nelson office because my experience was the worst!!

Love Dr. Nelson.. He is very gentle ,friendly. His staff is awesome! My experience was great been for 2 appts.to have all my teeth extracted going back to have impressions made for my dentures in a week. Very pleased with Dr. and staff. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good dentist office. Have already recommended to few friend's 👍👍👍

Dr. Nelson and his staff did a wonderful job. I would highly recommend him to family and friends.

Really disappointing he would not use my insurance to fix my broken tooth. He referred mr to an even more expensive dentist after he told me 900 or more. He was very rude

This has been a huge battle for me with my teeth. And the younger dentist is the only dentist that has accepted what I wanted done instead of telling me what he will do.

I know a tooth may be salvageable but if its a problematic tooth I just want it gone. I know full and well I will eventually have to have dentures.

Update: went in and got not one but all three teeth I have been fighting dentist over for years, pulled today. Three other dentist and way older than the younger man in this office couldn't pull them and claimed I needed oral surgery. This young man just went in like a champ and got them all out.

I am leaving my review at 4 star. I would drop it to three over one issue but due to the ability of the dentist at this clinic I'm leaving it the same.

But CLEAN THE PLACE UP! Literally I was the first person through the door. The lobby had trash and dirt everywhere including someone's water bottle from the day before sitting in a chair.

And the operating area I could look at the counter and see dirt and filth on the surfaces.

It would take the closer 30 minutes to run through and sweep up, grab trash, and wipe down the surfaces.

I think y'all are great dentist. (And that says something coming from me. Because I usually hate my dentist.) But I liked the young man. He was so calm and nice and just tried his best to make sure I got what I wanted. For once I walked into a dentist and said this is what I want done and they said okay.

Thank you guys. So so much. Honestly! You can tell this office doesn't care who you are, they just want to help you and make sure your okay.

They were great. I called in because they started taking my insurance. 2 days of a toothache and I had had enough.

My first appointment was scheduled at a later date. When I asked if they had a sooner one, the younger lady said they could squeeze me in if I came then. I did.

The wait was long not only for walkins but set appointments too.

They were nice. And I don't do well with dentist either. And either the younger guy just wasn't as rough as my previous dentist or all the oral gel I had in my mouth was numbing enough to where I didn't feel so much. But I extremely appreciated the non rough ness when pressing on my teeth.

They do need to put a trash can in the lobby so people won't just throw their trash around.

The only reason they are getting a 4 star is because of the trash that sat on a seat in the lobby the entire time I was there. And because the pain meds they gave me aren't working, I've gone all day without food to keep it from getting worse, I've used multiple tubes of oral gel and a half a bottle of ambesol today alone. (I finished my first tube in the drs office, and am going through about 1 every 2-3 hours, now I've resorted to ambesol and cuetips. And I still can't get it to go away. I'm teetering on that breaking point because the constant pain is what's becoming unbearable. And the spikes of pain.)

Will update on my next visit. This was my first experience with them and right now its at 50/50. Glad I spoke up about a concern and that they listened. I was hoping it'd work. I knew it had to work better than the other. I'll take sick to my stomach over extreme pain in my jaw any day. But instead I get both now.

Oh my favorite part. Not having to fight with my dentist about my teeth. I said I wanted them gone. And he suggested one filling and why and I still said no. He said okay. And done. Every dentist I have been to has absolutely fought me about pulling teeth. That made me very happy.

Had a 1pm appointment but arrived at 12:30. Sat in the waiting room til 3pm. Did not get seen nor have anyone explain or tell me why it was taking so long.Other people coming in after me were being called back.I finally just walked out.

They were great! He pulled my bottom teeth and made my dentures. He even called me on a saturday afternoon to check on me.
