My first visit with Dr McGee was a very pleasant experience. All staff were very efficient and friendly. The hygienist did an excellent job and explained all that was done. Dr McGee was thorough and a pleasure to meet for my first visit.
I highly recommend this dental practice.

I was extremely nervous about my appointment. Traffic was horrible so I was a few minutes late, in spite of that I was greeted by a very friendly receptionist. Then within a few minutes I was brought to the back by the hygienist. She was very sweet and accommodating, explaining everything she was doing every step of the way. She made me feel very at ease. As soon as she finished the doc came in, he was very cordial and answered all of my questions and quashed of my concerns. I would definitely recommend and will be using them from now on.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I have always dreaded and was frightened with previous dental appointments. The Doctor and his staff made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the entire appointment. I have an upcoming appointment next week.

Dr. McGee removed my wisdom teeth in-office with ease. The anesthesia was perfect. I didn't remember or feel a thing; I walked into the office, laid on the table, became nauseous from the medicine, then the doctor got my permission to give me something for the nausea, and proceeded to care for me with kindness and respect. After it was finished a family member drove me home, and suddenly I woke up and was in my bed. I don't recall anything in between point A and point B. 🤣 That anesthesia was AWESOME because I slept comfortably the whole way home, and then several hours afterward. They do excellent work and are so helpful with any questions that you have. If you're in any pain at all, let them know and they'll stop any procedures to numb you more. Your comfort and care is put first. Dr. McGee and all of his staff are the nicest dentistry office I have visited!

I went to the dentist today and I had the best experience in years. I have severe anxiety and how they treated me was beyond my expectations. They were patient and allowed me to bolt without judgement and made me feel comfortable! I’m glad I found them and will be returning. They rock!

As a person who has an illogical fear of the dentist, Ms/Mrs Julie made my visit great! All communication was very clear and I didn't feel like a stranger at all. Everyone was professional and courteous. I recommend this establishment to all in need of dental work.

i generally have a hard time keeping up with my dental hygiene and as such i always feel kind of ashamed having to present that to a dentist - despite this reservation the staff here made me feel so comfortable and safe in talking about my hygiene struggles without even the potential for judgement even though it was only my first appointment. i’m able to think about it more like a problem we’re working on solving rather than a failure on my part, and because of that i feel more motivated to fix my routines overall. very good and comfy environment, the people here really care about you! :]

Dr McGee and his staff have been the best dental experience I’ve ever had. They have been nothing but professional, knowledgeable and helpful in addressing my dental needs. Dr McGee is equipped to address any need a patient may have right in his office thus eliminating the need to go to several dentists for various dental issues. I highly recommended Dr McGee for any and all of your dental needs.

11/21/22 “I saw Dr McGee again today and I just wanted to say “thank you” to him and his entire staff. It is always such a pleasurable experience when I visit their clinic. I cannot recommend nor would I want anyone else to take care of my dental health.”

Office manager, Brandi, is extremely unprofessional and doesn't process the claims properly. She was literally making fun of me on the phone and had a terrible attitude when I called with questions about our bill. We had to pay up front for services. You shouldn't have to do that if a dentist or doctor accepts your insurance, but some people don't pay their bills, so they want payment up front now days. However, after the bill was generated, we had paid them more than the insurance said we actually owed for our portion. The insurance showed we were due a refund for months, but I had to call 3 times to get the money we were owed, and they still didn't credit us the full amount in accordance with what the insurance said we were owed. I called and had my EOB from the insurance in hand showing what we owed versus what we paid, and they still refused to give us back the remaining money we were due. They do not abide by the terms of their insurance contract, and I had to file a complaint wth the insurance about this because they turned around and billed me for things the insurance says they can't, which is fraud and in violation of their contract, according to the insurance contract terms and conditions (that verbiage came directly from United Concordia). It was brought up to Dr. McGee, and he just claimed ignorance to the billing system. My husband also experienced significant pain following a crown they placed, which turned into needing a root canal, in which they didn't get him all the way numb. There are a lot of advantages to using his office, as he is very technologically advanced, but his office manager and billing system ruined it for our family.

Dr. McGee was very good and welcoming. If you are looking for a dentist, I would recommend any and everyone to him! Also, the hygienist is awesome!!!
