I am so glad our family found Dental Arts of New Orleans! The office is well maintained and clean. Del the receptionist was very sweet and quick to get our family in for appointments. Dr. Benoit and Natasha helped fix a retainer issue I had in a timely manner and made the retainer feel better than it was before. Molly did a great job with our dental cleanings and shared recommendations to keep our oral care in top shape. Our exams by Dr. Benoit and Dr. Richard were thorough, gentle, and educational. Dr. Gizelle Richard is the single best dentist I have ever met. She is highly skilled, current, thorough and uncompromising in her dedication to her patients. Everyone at Dental Arts is outstanding; almost every person in my family has switched to Dr. Richard because of her warmth and expertise!

After a breaking my front tooth and having a forty five year old crown on the other front tooth Dr. Richard told me it was time for new crowns on both teeth. She told me that she would do two root canals and put on two temporary crowns which would then be replaced by the permanent crowns in a couple of weeks. I don’t know how she did it but she put the broken tooth back together so that we could get an impression for the permanent crowns and we picked a day for the root canals. Everyone I spoke to told me their “horror story” about roots canals. From one day of pain to about a week of discomfort I guess I heard about what the parameters of suffering would be for my procedure. Folks, I had no pain whatsoever. I had a luncheon meeting that I was quickly excused from which no one thought I would make. Boy were my friends surprised when I walked in pain free with beautiful teeth! Dr. Richard and Caroline were great. The way they wouldn’t stop measuring and refitting until everything was perfect was very impressive. Everyone I have ever encountered at this office has always done a great job. Timely, efficient, skillful and caring. I was really prepared for a tough experience but it was completely pain free! My only anxiety was when I mistook the gentle background music for Gino Vanelli when it was Peter Frampton. I’m telling you even their background music is perfect and relaxing. If you haven’t been to the dentist lately or if you had an unpleasant experience somewhere give Dental Arts a visit. From top to bottom this is the best dental office you will find and they are constantly working to make it better!

The Dental Arts of New Orleans doctors and staff are second to none! I’ve been a patient here since I was a little girl, and I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else for my dental home. I love all three doctors, Dr. Gizelle Richard, Dr. Gabrielle Richard, and I recently finished orthodontics (clear aligners) with Dr. Brent, and I’m thrilled with the result. The staff are extremely friendly, professional, and create a relaxing environment for their patients. Del, helps patients feel at home as soon as they walk in the door. Molly has been my dental hygienist each visit and is very friendly and thorough. I have see both Dr. Gizelle and Dr. Gabrielle and would highly recommend them both. I have been a patient of Dr. Richard for over 25 years since I was a toddler; even my immediate and extended family also see her. Her staff is always amazing and friendly, including the recent addition of an orthodontist. The office is incredibly peaceful and relaxing with an uber pristine environment. Everyone on staff greets me with a smile and they are always very professional and helpful. They have always worked me in for any dental emergencies. I love this practice and all the employees.
