Went and got a filling, tooth started having sensitivity never had before filling, in pain, I call and they cant help me with pain just tylenol they said which isnt working, then says I will need a root canal or a extraction. I said he never told me this and she goes says here patient agreed. When I never got notified. Or talked to. Assistant really young and didnt do what she should of. Going to be calling higher up and hope this gets taken care of.

I have had several dentist for my children, this was by far the worst bedside manner for a special needs child with severe anxiety. She had to have a tooth pulled and was utterly terrified, not one word of comfort came from the dentist but more frustration that she wouldn't stop crying because she was so scared. As I tried to comfort her telling her it would not hurt to bad, he forcefully injects the numbing medication into her gums and teeth while shes crying in pain, with no words of console... I will never have work done by them again. I would rather drive 4 hours to a kid friendly dentist.

My wife went in to get a tooth looked at this morning. The dentist, a Dr. Sawyer, was incredibly rude and dismissive of her. There is absolutely no excuse for such unprofessional behavior. I have contacted the administrative office and if they do not return my call, I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau. Absolutely ridiculous. Health care in this country is expensive enough without overpaid doctors treating people badly. I'd rather yank out my own teeth or hock everything I own so I can go to a decent, professional dentist.

Last year, they gave me a root canal I asked them to pull the tooth because it was infected. Gave me a root canal anyway. Fast forward to We'd 2/28/18 they pulled the root canal tooth that was completely infected, still. The Dentist sent me out pulled root canal infected tooth, with 600 mg of ibuprofen. 2 days later my mouth is screaming, had to go in rsise hell got 500 mg amoxicillian about 30 pills. Today 3/4/18 I am laying here took my last pain pill, I can't eat, I'm in pain, and this really really sucks, because the pain Comes after the fact. Took a survey said I loved them hated them then loved them , and I hate them again. Find another dentust or go to Sanford. Or go to the hospital.

Worst dentist ever! Don't return calls, don't pick up the phone, and employees are rude. Dont even bother.

Felt like I was in a McDonald’s Drive through and the staff and dental employees were rude and disrespectful. I don’t recommend this Dentistry whatsoever.
