I was very pleased to see the protocols that were in place to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff. I had a really good experience with Dr. Koo and Sally. I'm a terrible wimp and they were both very patient and kind. Dr. Koo is incredibly gentle and efficient. I wouldn't let anyone else perform an implant now that I've had him. And Sally has a great singing voice!
The whole staff in this office is fabulous!

I was suffering from 2 broken molars and a severe infection in my jaw, all occurring within 72 hours. The folks at Kennebunk Center for Dentistry immediately got me in for an emergency visit and treatment.
The care I received was professional and courteous. the staff was fantastic and responsive. I would recommend them to anyone, for normal dental issues as well as emergency treatments

Went there today for a new patient assessment and cleaning. In setting up the appointment they asked if I had insurance which I did. They said nothing about being out of network for all insurance companies. I did not find this out until after the entire first visit was completed and scheduling for new visit had been made and scheduling for fillings which I was unaware of at the time was needed was done. At that point I found out that I was most likely going to be paying out of pocket which came as a complete surprise. I believe that they're not being upfront about being out of network on initial setup of initial appointments is underhanded and inappropriate.

I have been going here for 6-8 years now and love them. HOWEVER, since the unfortunate passing of the previous owner there has been a lot of turnover and I have had Three different hygienists. Yesterday I had a new one. While very sweet she was rough and last night my gums were very sore and still are today. I will call to change. She failed to do the usual measuring of my gum line/recession and I felt the cleaning was subpar.

I arrived for my first appointment ever, and had five-star treatment from the moment I walked in the door. I relaxed in the massage chair before settling in for a cleaning with LIsa. She used state-of-the-art equipment, had a fabulous affect, explained everything in just the right amount of detail for my taste, and moved quickly and competently. The bonus? An unexpected, high-tech cancer screening that came up negative. I'd recommend Kennebunk Center For Dentistry without reservation.

Great business running here - Front desk lady greeted me by name and is always professional and friendly. That makes a difference - she does her job well. Dentist and tech explained thoroughly what they were doing and were also very professional- friendly billing experience.
