The staff at Two Rivers Family Dentistry were so kind and informative for my cleaning appointment. Amanda, the hygienist, took the time to explain the procedures before starting and was personable throughout my appointment. Once reviewing my X-rays, Dr. Shim noticed a crack on one of my back molars and was willing to place a filling there right on the spot without making me wait. Marissa, his assistant was quick to set up the room, making my visit short and sweet. So happy with my experience here and will definitely be coming back!

They always let you know that if you have any concerns to give them a call, and you always can be assured that a real person is answering the phone, not an automated system! They are the best!

Wonderful practice. They are very kind and patient with a high anxiety patient like me. I have had bad dental work at other office and was slow to warm to trusting a new hygenist/ dentist, but they made it easy and did a great job repairing the work that needed to be done! Our Insurance changed after we founded this new relationship. I decided to stay with them even though my new insurance Is not in network with them and we pay more out of pocket. They are worth it!

Just left our first visit at our new dental office and we could not be happier with our choice to transfer our care closer to home! The team members we saw today were all extremely friendly and helpful. Our youngest child is 8 and deals with anxiety. She felt comfortble the second we walked into the office and checked in. The hygenist who took care of her today was amazing and does very well with children. I could tell my daughter was comfortable with everything that was happening since she was talking and smiling the whole time. She especially loved having a tv on the ceiling! Such a smart and thoughtful thing to do for your patients, you can tell they really care about you and your experience! The dentist we met was very kind, calm and informative when it came to explaining our treatment plans. Our older two only had good things to say when we left! My only wish is that we made the move to Two Rivers sooner!

Highly do not recommend! I knew I would not like this the second I walked in and was not greeted and watched as the front desk laughed and conversed with themselves for about 5 minutes until one of them and turned and looked over at me and ask what I needed. They charged me about 500 for x rays. I had to call them and discuss it who ever answered the phone was very Pleasant but I could tell they were new but again in the back ground I could here the front desk staff conversing and laughing. Before I knew it the new young lady had a question for one of the disrespectfuls and she all about ripped the phone out of her hand and yelled strongly that I need to pay the 500 and gave it straight back to the young lady quick because she knew I would have fired back at her. They were NOT at all that friendly to begin and I should have stuck with my gut. The dentist there was so nice though so if your willing to put a side the disrespectfuls then it would be for the dentist.
