White Marsh Family Dentistry

Dr. Litwin has been my dentist for about 30 years. I would (& do) recommend him & his staff to anyone and everyone. Dr. Litwin has been very patient, as I've asked him about Invisalign many, many times over the years. He's always calmly explained the procedure, no matter how many times I've brought it up. He's never tried the "hard sell." Once, I got as far as having the molds done & then I backed out. He didn't hold it against me or bug me about it. This time, I did it! At 66 years of age, I got Invisalign! It's been 12 weeks now and I can already see a difference! Everyone at White Marsh Family Dentistry is courteous and really friendly. Everything is clean & they take every precaution to insure a healthy environment. I've always had a good experience there.

Amazing practice. From the moment I called for an appointment until I left with a fresh smile,(thanks to Susan) everyone was super polite and fun. Felt like I had been going their for years! Highly recommend this practice. Trust me it will be the last time you look for a dentist.

Fantastic dental practice. I called early in morning with a problem and they gave me an appointment at 11 am. Cannot imagine going to a different dentist.

I am writing this review on behalf of my daughter who was blocked. I've always been the type of mother that listens before I jump to conclusions. My daughter is a very professional woman and the blocking of her review allows me to see that they may be blocking any review that is negative and not in their favor. Below is her review:
"I contacted this dentist as a new patient under the impression they were in my insurance network as the front desk took my insurance information I asked her to confirm they took my insurance which she confirmed they did! The dentist Dr Farrugia filled cavities in my 2nd appointment where I was charged $150 and referred me to an endodontist to do part 1 of a root canal where I then paid $100. I followed up with this dentist for my crown appointment (5 days away) for pricing (yes I had to call them) and to my surprise was told u would be charged an out of pocket fee of $525!!! In complete shock and pain(my mouth) I argued that their office needed to be more efficient in communicating pricing as I had to call to ask for pricing for my previous appointments. I explained to them that springing a price like that on someone with a TEMPORARY FILLING and experiencing what I feel is an urgent matter that needs to be addressed in timely fashion was unacceptable and unprofessional. The woman on the phone told me she understood and apologized and said she would talk to Dr FARRUGIA to see what they can do. I thanked her and proceeded to call my insurance who then informed me that this dentist is NOT IN MY NETWORK! Which is why the out of pocket expense was so much more. The next morning i receive a certified letter from the dentist ACCUSING me of using profanity and dropping me as a patient because of that. I DID NOT USE any profanity as I was in a Public place where there were children. I know I was not nice but cursing was never used!! I would have NEVER made an appointment with a dentist that is not in my network and was defrauded into seeing this dentist. I would not recommend seeing this dentist as they are not upfront and will drop patients without a care in the world. THEY ARE NOT COMPETENT neither EMPATHETIC!"

Lovely place. They were so accommodating to my family and I and very truthful about the procedures that they recommended.

This practice is the utmost in professionalism and patient focus. Betty is the ultimate hygienist and very skilled at her job. Dr. Litwin is compassionate and clearly wants the best for his patients. My care plan was thoroughly explained and I left the office knowing my next steps and comfortable with the plan.

The best dentist experience I've ever had! I typically dread the dentist, but the staff at White Marsh Family Dentistry put me right at ease. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. After checking me in, I was brought back to be seen within 30 seconds! Angie is a fantastic dental hygienist. She is extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions/concerns thoroughly. She provided helpful advice and even brought to my attention things that no other dentist/orthodontist ever has! Dr. Farrugia is very nice and easygoing. He was receptive to my concerns and provided a clear treatment plan. I highly recommend White Marsh Family Dentistry to anyone in the area looking for a dentist!

I have been seeing Dr. Litwin for my top snap in plate. Dr Litwin was highly recommended by my daughter. Dr. Litwin is very detailed oriented. Dr. Litwin helped me pick out my teeth color, which was very helpful. The office is beautiful with state of the art equipment. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable. I would recommend to family and friends.

I cracked and lost part of my tooth. I started calling dentists in the area for appointments. Everyone from the front office to the dentist were extremely friendly and helpful to calm my nerves. Even though they could not fix the tooth, they made another appointment as soon as possible. Great first impression!

We have had a great experience here! The hygienists are so friendly and warm with the kids. And the doctor is very kind and informative. We love how inviting the inside of the building is. Very clean and up to date. And they are able to quickly set up appointments. Friendly receptionists too!
