Initially, chose this practice because it was convenient and the online reviews sounded genuine. My first consultation was very impressive. The front desk staff were friendly and the atmosphere was like none other. It was the start of the holidays and the lobby area was very inviting and cozy with fireplace, holiday decor, television movies, etc. As I proceeded to each phase, the staff communicated very well and made me feel like they were treating me just as they themselves would want to be treated. As I returned for subsequent appointments the office excellent service has been consistent!!! No surprises. I look forward to continue my treatment in 2023 and expect that his is the Smile Savers Dentistry way :).

Highly recommend Smile Savers Dentistry. I have LOTS of anxiety about going to the dentist. After this visit, I have lots of confidence and respect for Katrina (hygienist) because she is amazing. She made me feel comfortable and I believe the treatment plan is actionable and has my best interest in mind.

They have always been warm and welcoming, and extremely thorough with my care. I had a long period of time where I was abysmal about taking care of my teeth, and instead of making me feel bad about it, the team has just focused on turning things around. I’m happy to say that I currently have a happy and healthy mouth of teeth, and have nearly completed my Invisalign course as well! The attention they have paid to every detail, down to making sure minute changes are made with the movement of my teeth, has been astounding. Every person I have interacted with (dentist, receptionist, billing, literally everyone) has been so awesome.
I cannot recommend this place enough. If you’re happy with good enough, don’t come here, because they are going to make sure everything is perfect.

I cannot give any stars. I feel as if I got taken advantage of at the beginning of the pandemic. I had a veneer problem that they wanted to correct with Invisalign. After getting approved for a loan in the office, I was sold the program for over price. I asked for a partial refund early in the process because I did not want to complete. I also sent emails with no response. I am still paying the $9K loan and it makes me sick every payment. I went back to my original dentist and he redid the veneers at no charge. That is treating someone like "family!" I understand making money, but this was ridiculous.

It has not evaluated my current condition properly. No suggestions on how to get rid of my current teeth pain with any treatment. No any detailed suggestions given if I have to get teeth(s) extracted. They charge $140 for such consultations. Feel very disappointed.
