The service is absolutely amazing! The receptionist is super kind and welcoming. They know you by name as soon as you walk in the door!

Wonderful practice with wonderful people. I grind my teeth and had the front 6 to 8 teeth down to the dentin they looked horrible. Now I have beautiful teeth thanks to Dr. Stewart, CJ and everyone else.

I had an emergency need of root canal and I got it done in one day within an hour and half (Most dentist take more than that). Since that was my first ever visit there and I got the service in real quick which made me give them 5 stars.

Sharing the experience offered by some of the patients years ago regarding questionable business practice by Smile Savers I cannot recommend using this practice.

I started my preventive care with them after moving to Columbia in 2012 and have been on an accelerated cleaning program every 3 months (I only went to the first 2 at that schedule before realizing that my insurance doesn't cover more than once per 6 months). My "Treatment Plan" contains several crowns and filling replacements. Today I was informed that I need to get one of these and an adjacent cavity done right away and the $2k were due when scheduling the appointment. Additionally, I was informed of an annual x-ray schedule when sitting in the chair for my cleaning appointment. Paying $332 out of pocket for cleaning and x-rays was not something I'm used to - nor the surprise with the $2k "urgent work" up front due.

Besides these unfortunate business practices I don't like pushy people. Being an academic myself I lack any respect for a doctorate itself, merely performance earns this from me. In no terms will I accept being told that I have to have work done and pay ahead without the curtesy of a question if that's ok. Nor that I have to pursue steps in a treatment plan I have not agreed to.

Since I can't really say anything about the quality of dental work (all I received so far was cleaning, and that seemed ok) I feel very uncomfortable and certainly not like a customer at this place. If you like your dentist - whom you just met - to treat you like a childhood buddy and give you all kinds of irrelevant sales information while developing a plan for major dental work spanning the next couple of years of your life, you may experience what some of the positive reviewers paid witness to on here. I for my part am leaving this one behind and go shop around for a place where I find honest service with fair transparent pricing and where I'm being treated - as a well paying client - with respect.

I like this practice a lot! The thing they do that I think separates them from other dental groups is how much they value communication.
They are very professional and welcoming too.

The staff is extremely professional and thorough, from the time you call to make an appointment through your entire visit. The technology the use to view your mouth is amazing and couldn’t be better! I look forward to my next visit.

This place was definitely all about getting my money. Cost was unnecessarily high because they didn’t bother to tell me that I was out of their insurance network. I do not trust these people and will not return to this office.
