I have had a few good experiences in my life with a few different Dentist. Some bad too...
Yesterday, I had one of my Best experience with a dentist Office I have had. From my initial phone call, to my procedure with Dr. Katie everything was top notch.
I had an emergency and was squeezed in as a first time patient. However, I didn’t feel rushed, (Even being one of her last patients of the day and not being on the schedule) both the Dr and her assistant made me feel comfortable and most importantly they took there time to understand my history a little and made my smile look great. The Drs work is perfect, better than before and I barely felt a thing.(seriously nothing) I will highly recommend Grosso family dentistry to anyone in the Eldersburg and surrounding area that may have an emergency need for a filling or tooth repair. Exceptional staff. Beautiful and extremely clean office. Hygienist spent a lot of time removing stains and Dr Katie was very thorough and kind during my examination. Receptionist is TOP-NOTCH—made me feel invited, and took time to make sure my questions were answered about upcoming dental work and cleanings. AWESOME!!!!

Dr. Katie was absolutely great!! It was my first time there and I had to get a root canal which I was really nervous about and she went above and beyond to reassure me everything would be ok and the procedure was painless and quick! She went in complete detail of what she was going to do and then I got a call this morning to check up on me to make sure everything was going well! It’s the little things that make the big difference and they truly all care about each patient! I highly recommend!

Had my first dental experience with Grosso Family Dentistry, and it was great. With COVID and offices and businesses having to do their best to regulate strict policies to keep their staff and patients safe, this dental practice does an amazing job from social distancing of patients who are waiting for their appointment time, proper PPE within the office environment, and new processes (as meticulous as they might seem) that have the best intention in mind — safety first. I was seen by Dr. Mike, who had a great bedside manner and was very thorough in his questions and explanations about my dental hygiene and the results from my dental x-rays. He and his assistant, Cailey(?) — totally apologize if I got the name or spelling incorrectly — were both delightful personalities and I could tell that they wanted to make sure I was as comfortable as possible throughout the exam and cleaning. I will definitely be returning for any additional dental needs. It’s very difficult to find a good dentistry that has both great doctors and administrative operations, but I think I found the right place and I recommend Grosso Family Dentistry for anyone in their search as well.

Love my hygienist!!!! She makes coming to the dentist so enjoyable! Dr Grosso was very thorough with my exam and very professional. He gave me many options. April at the front desk handled all paperwork for me and is very personable. Love the way the office is decorated as well.

My family and I go to this dentistry and we each always have such a pleasant experience. Everyone is incredibly kind and friendly, the atmosphere is very comfortable. The dentists explain everything they do in a way that the average person can understand. Today I got some cosmetic work done and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results!! Great people until they think you haven't paid your bills. After 3 attempts to call and see if they have received our payment since we kept getting notices a month after we paid, I was met with skepticism of our payment. They didn't believe we paid until I told them a third time we have and they checked their emails (from a month ago) and realized they missed the payment email because the way emails stack when payments are made after they close. Then I told them we tried to clear this up and left voicemails for them to call us back, but they assured me we did not actually leave voicemails because if we did, they would have responded. They can work on their customer service and not calling their patients liars is a good start. The overall cleaning experience was good though.

The front office staff are extremely kind and helpful. Dr. Mike was non-judgmental and provided simple changes I can make to improve my oral health. My cleaning was thorough and painless; would definitely recommend.
