AVOID THIS DENTIST!! I have had a lot of dental work done by various dentists, and I can say with confidence that Smile Arts was the worst. I had a crown and filling done and not only was the experience painful (worse than childbirth, and again I have had lots of dental work done) but I am not satisfied with the results of neither the crown nor the filling. Do NOT trust them with your smile. Their terrible work on my teeth caused me to have to go to the dentist for multiple extra visits (still undergoing treatment). The crown is poor quality even though it is supposed to be porcelain like my other crown. The feeling feels very rough compared to my other fillings. The customer service was fine.

I am a Squash Professional, met Dr Shakoori on the Squash court about 4 years ago. I truly believe I was fated to end up in her chair as I had a bad history with my past dentist.
For 15 years I explored options for replacements including partials and bridges. Dr Shakoori corrected some of my previous assumptions on implants and we took a journey together to correct couple of very visible and embarrassing teeth.
Dr Shakoori is very gentle, and I did not feel any of the shots. She took lots of pic so she could match the color of my implant teeth to my other teeth. She even made sure that the lab people were available in case she needed to make a slight change in the color of the crown the day she was trying it in.
Finally when the work was completed, I was thrilled with the results. It had turn out much better than anything I had expected.
I really appreciate everything that Dr Shakoori and her staff have done for me......it has mad a big difference in my smile:-) Thank you!

Very clean and up-to-date technology equipment. Several times I went there I was treated by Dr. Shatergholi. There are two Dr. Shatergholi, brother and sister, and they were both very competent and attentive. I had a moderately serious tooth chip-off problem and had to install a crown. Billing is very straight forward. I had some glitches with my insurance policy from university of maryland employee insurance, but the dentist's staff patiently took care of it. I will recommend this place to anyone with minor to major dental problems.

This place makes me feel better when I walk in. They take of me and recommend what I need to do to fix my teeth. They already got me in another appointment in 3 days. Thank you

Always given a warm welcome upon arrival and in the chair. Never a long wait and once seen by the Dentist there always efficient. Very respectful of your time if your time sensitive. Highly recommend.

Terrible communication and appointment management. Twice in a week I arrive for my appointment only to be told 1st they had told me the wrong day when I called to schedule. Then the next day they had the hygienist call-out and did not call me to cancel my appointment. Both times they did nothing to work with me. No attempt to squeeze me in. Quite honestly, no working adult has the time for this type of yo-yoing and disregard for our time. Seriously discouraged.

I love this dental office. Everyone is always to friendly and professional. My appoint was at 9am and I was on my way back home by 9:45am. I was very pleased with my appointment today.

I've been coming to this dentistry for several years. The Staff and Dr. Shakoori has always been pleasant, professional, and "painless". Would highly recommend this dentistry.

The Dentist here all wonderful the doctors here oh wonderful the front Desk they communication with the patient and what they need sucks if you didn’t have to go through the front Desk I would’ve gave them five stars and every single time I come here have to repeat yourself to three different people that they do not communicate with each other
