By far the best dentist/dr office I've ever been to! The entire staff is so friendly and helpful, the billing specialist lays out every detail regarding coverage, estimates, payments, etc., and the dentists are amazing..they explain everything, make suggestions, always take their time, and are always very gentle. They also have new procedures in place due to COVID 19 which made me feel extremely safe!

This is the best dental clinic that I've found thus far for myself and my two daughters. First, the facility is clean. Secondly, the staff is very professional and courteous. Dr. Tujjar, and his assistants did an excellent job on my children's teeth as well as mine. I would say so far so good and I give Dr. Tujjar, Heather, Angel, Renee, Lydia, and Rachel a high rating because of their excellent service and I'm very satisfied with the job that they've done for my children and I.

This is a great all around office. Dr. Tujjar is really great to work with, and his whole staff are very professional. The facility is very clean and updated. They may not be the cheapest, but I think that is a pro. I have had a couple of high cost issues, and they are very helpful financially, offering differed payments and even have a payment plan option. But its great to know that if I need another paycheck they are willing to work with you. The actual work they do is great.

My time with Chesapeake Smiles was amazing! All I needed was a dental bridge. I have spent nearly fives years trying to find someone to work with my insurance and not side step with a bunch of stuff I don't understand. It took Chesapeake Smiles about three months to complete the entire process from contacting my insurance to putting in the final, permanent dental bridge. Also, the staff, doctors and nurses, are so so so nice. They made sure I understood what was going on. And they made me feel really comfortable. This place is amazing. And they have done such amazing work. I was born with a cleft lip and plate. So some of my teeth never grew in. But you wouldn't be able to tell now. I never ever thought that I would have the smile that i have now. And it's all because of them. I could not have stumbled upon a better practice if I was told where to go. My only regret is that I didn't find them five years ago :p

My Dental Technician was very informative as to how I must continue to prevent plague & gum disease. She was gentle and spoke with a kind voice so that I would have no anxiety. My teeth and gums felt very clean. Thank you

Today's visit was to have #1 tooth removal done. Well, I have always feared any denial work do to past experience from other past dental visits (whom all sucked or just terrible) but here at Chesapeake Smiles, they were very patient with me and understanding due to past experiences...they did a fabulous job and I can't thank them enough. I just want to shout out Dr Kim. She did a phenomenal job on my teeth. I chipped my tooth last week and had it repaired at another facility due to the office being closed on the weekend. Unfortunately the other dentist didn't do the best job on my tooth. Fortunately Dr. Kim was able to fix their mistakes. I've been here 3 times and it's been a wonderful experience. Please if you are in need of professional, experienced, kind, down to earth doctor she's the one to see.

The Odenton facility was fantastic! I have had traumatizing experiences with dentist practices in the past, so I was anxious and skeptical. The notification system to alleviate crowding during COVID was well structured. The procedure & sanitization was highly maintained, to be expected. My hygienist was incredibly sweet & patient. She walked me through each step of the process thoroughly, so I knew exactly what to expect. The doctor was clear & concise about my treatment plan. She also took my personal desires into account, and was thoughtful about how to adjust my treatment- based on my wedding next year. I walked into the building with a load of anxiety and now, I feel confident in the plan for a bright & better smile 😁 thank you!!

My husband has been there 4 to 5 times for new dentures. Paid over $1,000 for a set. It’s been back and forth to many times.
Either they ordered the wrong set, or they don’t have the correct setting.
Now I’m annoyed.😡
