I had a dental appointment with Dr. D and she was the staff member that actually cleaned my teeth. In past office visits that I had, they had a dental hygienist clean my teeth. This appointment, the doctor (Dr.D) cleaned my teeth. I was very impressed with the fact that she cleaned and sprayed my teeth, not the dental hygienist. I had two sets of x-rays completed and one was a four screen shots and the the second set of X-rays was a panoramic shot. Overall, I was clearly impressed with the staff and the office personal that assisted me. The Office was immaculate and very clean. All staff and the dentist were very professional! I am looking forward to going back in six months.

It’s always been difficult for me to find a good dentist who takes my insurance and I spend more time googling than actually going in, it’s scary. I went back on the hunt and decided to give this place a try. I had my first visit today and I feel so lucky to have found Dr.Dhaliwal!! She and her staff are so friendly and welcoming. She brought to my attention many things about my dental health that no other dentist has. She was so kind, patient, and full of information that she was willing to take the time to explain. I will recommend her to any and everybody! I can honestly say that I now feel confident that I will never have to search for another dentist again and I can once again actually look forward to going to the dentist!

Customer service isn’t a point of emphasis. Was a patient for over a year and been in office at least 3 times. Never once had a memorable experience.

I started coming here a few months ago and have nothing but great things to say! The receptionists are very warm and friendly and always work with me to schedule my appointments at times that are convenient for me. The dental assistants seem very knowledgeable and good at their jobs, and Dr. D is so thorough she explains every single things she does and why which I really appreciate! My first appointment was for a routine cleaning, followed by 2 small cavities filled, and now I am using the Invisalign braces. She gave me all of the information regarding them and the course of treatment and cost breakdown and didn't pressure me which I really appreciated because it's a big investment in time / money (although not as much as I expected which was a nice surprise!) and I didn't feel rushed. She also has always started my appointments right on time, or even early if I get there early which is always such a nice thing to find and not common. Definitely recommend!

I found this dentist through my insurance. During my appointment I was uncomfortable by the professionalism of the dentist. They asked if I wanted to schedule a follow up and I declined. 5 months later they send me a bill for $50 dollars saying I missed an appointment. I had already switched to a new dentist and if I hadnt I would now.

Dr. D. is very caring and patient! Her work is outstanding. I have anxiety with having dental work done and she takes her time and explains the procedures. She always checks to make sure I am not in any pain. I have finally found a dentist who understands my fears. I am pleased with the work she has performed on me. Her staff is awesome. They are professional, kind, and respectful. The office is taking precautions for Covid which is appreciated from a patient’s point of view. I would definitely recommend Dr. D!!

I had an emergency visit last week with Dr. Dhaliwal and had to have two teeth extracted. She and her team were so wonderful. I so appreciate them for squeezing me in at the last minute and especially thankful Dr. Dhaliwal was able to work on me the same day. She explain everything she was doing and described how it may feel. She is gentle, yet direct and quick. I will be returning.

Dr. D is the best dentist I have had hands down. I have had a fear of dentist for so long and she took time to understand my needs and help me feel at ease throughout the appointment. So happy to have found her!!

Dr. D is very thorough in her explanation on procedures and tooth anatomy in general. She made me feel at ease during my recent routine cleaning. I would highly recommend her to friends, family, and co-workers. The recent renovations to office is a much welcomed change...its bright, airy, and has a more calming feel.

I have seen Dr. Dhaliwal on a number of occasions. Every visit has been a positive experience. The Doctor and staff have been very professional in every way. Being one who is not comfortable in a dentist's chair, they've gone to great lengths to calm my fears. Also, when I have an appointment at a scheduled time, that's when I'm seen. I highly recommend Dr. Dhaliwal.
