Horrible experience with the dr. Dhaliwal. Shes horrible. Never had any issues with my teeth. Had a filling and ever since then my tooth has been in pain. Went back twice to get my bite fixed, but that didn't do anything. DO NOT Go to her for filling or any dental work. Worst dental experience I've ever had. I went to another experienced doctor to have the filling redone because she didnt do it correctly. Will be posting a review with my insurance and Yelp so others dont go through this.

I have never looked forward to seeing the dentist. With my first root canal at the age of 3 and two more before I turned 6, you could say there’s some childhood trauma built in.
When the pandemic hit, my anxiety increased and I was grinding my teeth so badly that I had loosened my top front teeth! I was worried and scared and feared a lot of pain from extensive treatment. Would I need dentures?? Would I live the rest of my life with a gap-tooth smile?
Thank goodness I found Pristine Smiles! They took me in and answered my questions in a way that really helped me understand my options. It turned out my bite had been off all these years and Invisalign would be my best course of treatment. Dr. Navneet and Sajeela held my hand throughout the process and I just finished my last tray. All during a pandemic! Not once did I feel unsafe while going and I started seeing them in April (it is now December) AND they work with my insurance so I I don’t have to figure out that headache.
I honestly can’t say enough great things about this team. Leave your worries at home—these talented ladies will take care of you like family.

I scheduled a dental visit for my 18-month old and Dr.Dhaliwal was very patient and gentle with her and when she started to get a little scared Dr. Dhaliwal gave her space right away. I also did not have to wait a long time to be seen. The appointment was relaxed and efficient.

Dr. Navneet Dhaliwal and her staff are simply amazing! Courteous, attentive, and comprehensive. I am so happy to be part of this practice. I want in for routine XRays and cleaning and feel like my mouth went to a dental spa. This coming from someone who is generally a bit nervous before dental appointments. My four-year-old was with me and he was calm as everyone chatted with him. I felt at ease as everything was explained clearly and calmly. Thank you.

Excellent expereince. Dr. D recently took over my old practice as my old dentist left. Dr. D is really kind and skilled. This place is great - the staff is very attentive and kind. I used to work down the road from Pristine Smiles but now work in the DC area and I still make the effort to go out to Rockville because Dr. Dhaliwal is worth it. Highly recommend!
