Questioning the ethics of this dental office staffing. Although the Doctor attempted a semblance of accommodation and adaptation towards our situation, they failed to note it and despite the explanation of the situation the front desk attendant was dismissive and extremely unprofessional simply cancelling an appointment mid conversation and then shooing us away and shouting next. Mind you, as a POC with an accent received this treatment a white counterpart was met with far more welcoming circumstances. Save yourself time and money, simply go elsewhere!

Dr. Sethi interaction with her assistant Eva in front of my 11yr old son during his procedure was so unprofessional. Dr. Sethi most definitely needs some training on how to interact with her colleagues. The way she talked down/belittled Eva in front of me was so disrespectful. Saying things like you should know what I need by now like Eva is mind reader. The interaction was so distasteful and Eva said nothing back she just continued to take the abuse. I would prefer to switch doctors our next visit in 3 months. Dr. Sethi should've waited until after the procedure and had a one on one conversation with Eva explaining her expectations the next time they work together instead of putting her down like that. This can't be the first time Dr. Sethi has done this. Hopefully after this comment and some training she will be better with her interactions.

Understanding why I need a procedure is a top priority for me. Information helps to eliminate that uncertainty of whether I'm being "taken for a ride" and my recent experience in the care of Dr goorah and Tigist put my mind at ease. The reception needs to step up though. They won't call you back when they say they will. That's the missing star.
