Dr. Al-Sabbagh was great. Very Professional.

I would not recommend this practice. I set up my appointment to see a endontist after providing my insurance information in advance, only to arrive to be told they don't accept it and any evaluation would be self-pay ($357). I wasn't provided any any report following the evaluation, just an optional treatment plan which I would pay 100%. Was not very impressed with their quality of front desk service or treatment from other staff. Would not recommend!

They really deserve a zero, but that’s not an option🧐. Synopsis: Had a scheduled appointment and arrived .30 minutes prior to the appointment to complete any necessary paperwork. After driving 2 hours one way & missing a day of work to adhere to the appointment, I waited patiently for 3 hours and was yet to be called. I called my insurance to let them know of this bizarre treatment from mostly the Spanish speaking staff who would make nasty comments & tell the other staff members that I’m standing right there to whisper their comments. My daughter who has private/commercial insurance did not have an appointment was seen immediately and all other patients also were seen who came much later while I sat their office waiting. Even a patient who arrived 2 hours past her appointment time, was called & informed on the phone she would need to reschedule. When that patient arrived in the office; she was attended to & immediately seen, leaving only myself in the waiting area. Throughout the course of entering the practice, I received small chats about me & my type of insurance coverage. The fact that someone has a certain type of insurance should not disclose them to being treated as if they are irrelevant and lack value. As long as the insurance coverage has been verified and that person is of poised demeanor and mannerism, they should not be eluded and instantly become stereotyped. This being my first time in this office, I felt the staff lacked training, professionalism, and never informed me as to why there was a delay in me NOT being seen outside of my scheduled appointment time especially waiting for 3 hours. I will not recommend this facility to anyone nor will I ever return and especially having to spend 4 hours round trip for rude untactful and incompetent staff.
