I have been going to Caring Dental for years. They are wonderful people who care about their patients. Shout out to Robin, Janet, and Trish, hygienists and dental assistants who are excellent. As for dentists, no one is better than Dr. Lustman. I highly recommend this practice.

From the first telephone call as a new patient, I had the pleasure of a calm voice giving me good information and scheduling my appointment. Then when I went into the office, everyone from the front office staff to the hygienist to the actual Dr was so friendly and helpful. I've now been going here for a little under a year and already I get greeted by name and they really remember what procedures I'm getting and what we talked about last. Just the customer service and gentleness of the techs and Dr's is what keeps me going back!

The customer service is first-rate before you even get back to the best hygienist who cares about you and your dental health with professionalism and compassion. No pain. Wendy is the main reason to be a part of her practice. She is a remarkable Dentist with a fantastic personality to compliment her incredible talent. Besides the excellent care from the front desk to the dental chair, Wendy is passionate about her work and her staff reflects her leadership.

I first saw Dr. Rose-Hyatt 2 1/2 years ago (her brother had worked with my Mom and I was in the market for a new dentist). After an outstanding visit, I told her I needed my wisdom teeth taken out because they were bothering me and she recommended an oral surgeon she typically sent patients to. The surgeon she recommended I visit was unwilling to extract my wisdom teeth because they "were pressing on a nerve and the surgery could get complicated." Little did I know my insurance company - Delta Dental - considered this waste of a visit to the oral surgeon's office as my second "dental cleaning" of the year and so when I went back to Dr. Rose-Hyatt's office six months later, I was billed for that visit because DD refused to pay the claim. I explained the situation to Dr. Rose-Hyatt and she kindly wiped away the bill. Little did I know she did this months ago, or I would have seen her much sooner.
ANYWAYS, fast forward to last week and I had my first dental visit in over two years. I was scared I would have a billion cavities, a ton of problems, not to mention I'd get COVID. ALL THAT WORRYING FOR NOTHING. Dr. Rose-Hyatt's office took amazing care of me, just as they had done two years ago and went above and beyond in exhibiting caution for my health. When I arrived, I sat in my car and texted them I was there. I then received a text message telling me to come in. No one else was in the office, meaning there was minimal contact with anyone who could have put my health in danger. Everyone in the office was wearing masks, gowns and cloth head coverings to keep them safe as well. There were Plexiglass windows to keep the front office staff safe as well.
I was taken back to the visit area immediately by the dental hygienist, who did an amazing job making me feel comfortable, before taking X-Rays and cleaning my teeth. No one likes sharp metal objects scraping their teeth, but she was gentle, talked to me the entire time, and before you knew it, the visit was over. Dr. Rose-Hyatt then came in to review my X-Rays and check on me herself, we chatted and I found her daughter sees an allergist in the same office I do! These personal touches matter when dealing with medical professionals in charge of your wellbeing. Dr. Rose-Hyatt then told me I was all clear, no cavities (YESSS!!!!), and that I should come back and see her in six months.
The staff at Caring Dental did an amazing job as usual. I felt safe, even without my mask on during the visit, and well taken care of. I can't wait to get my Mom dental insurance and take her to see Dr. Rose-Hyatt next month, because my Mom is highly susceptible to contracting COVID-19 with her age and compromised immune system, but I know Caring Dental will take just as good care of her as they did me!
