After years of searching for a decent dental office, Caring Dental exceeded my expectations. Everything was such a pleasurable experience. The dental assistants, Dr Wendy Rose-Hyatt and her office are all very warming and welcoming. To be able to relax and laugh and trust the process while I’m extremely anxious in any Doctors Office was a huge plus for me. I didn’t feel like anything was rushed and they actually explained everything to me and actually taught me a lot and didn’t make me feel any less for not knowing. The cleaning i received has been the best one I’ve ever had and it was very thorough and done with care. This is definitely an office I’d recommend.

As I write this I am in tears the emotional support I get from these people could only be matched to a mothers love. I don’t know all their names yet but they all know mine. I don’t even know when I became apart of the family it just happened. By my 2nd appointment Everyone knew my name , knew what I needed and were rooting for me. They get excited to see me they are excited to see finished results. They are changing my life and I don’t think they know it. I am a chronic pain patient and when I sit in that chair I fell nothing, Dr. Amsterdam has healing hands. Dr. Amsterdam talks to me not at me, and allows me to be apart of my treatment plan making sure I am getting what I want and am comfortable. D his dental assistant, I believe, is so down to earth I feel like she is my sister. She is just a real person and it doesn’t take away from her professionalism and I love that because I know I can say how I truly feel, I don’t have to go with the flow, and if I want to swim against the tide then she is swimming with me! Now last but certainly not least the women who make things happen behind the scenes for the doctors and patients, the office manager and front desk personnel. I know I am not alone when I say normally these are the folks who make or break the experience, and they make mine pain free and informative each and every time. If there is a billing concern it’s not just sent in a bill, they tell me BEFORE it becomes a concern and there has been a time when I had two on the phone trying to work magic on my behalf while the office manager and I put our heads together WITH the dentist to figure out how I would get the treatment I needed no matter what. I can’t say enough just thank you God for this office and May they be blessed in Jesus name amen.

Everyone was very friendly and polite. Doc was awesome, she explained everything and took time to answer my questions. Had to have a follow up for a cavity and doc was great again. I was in and out no problems, thanks Doc!

The dental assistant Crystal was such a stress reliever. She made you so very comfortable. And last but not least, Dr Rose was an AMAZING dentist, friendly, gentle, caring and most of all made you feel at HOME. So, for years I have been scared to go back to the dentist... because overall my experiences have not been good. So I need quite a bit of work done, and I have always felt overwhelmed. I have to say my visit today by far TRUMPS any dentist I have seen in my lifetime. Dr. Rose Hyatt and her assistant Lisa we're amazing, made me feel at ease.. and calmed my nerves because I thought things we're a lot worse than what they are. I had an accident and broke my front tooth, and Dr. Rose Hyatt fixed it right on the spot for me. It feels so good to be able to smile again and feel confident. It was also painless, she has gentle hands, and they make sure your comfortable every step of the way... I laughed and had a nice experience, I have never laughed at a dentist office before.. The front staff too we're kind, and very helpful.. Over all such an amazing experience, and I will be returning. I am not sure they realize how much it means to someone to help them smile again. I highly recommend this dentist.
