I can't not understand for the life of me, how anybody can give anything else but 5 stars to Dr. Tufa and her whole office. In my book they deserve a rating of 10 starts. As soon as you step into the office the whole staff make you feel right at home. Friendly and helpful. I believe that the name "Smile Hub" comes from the fact that once you step into the office you are received by the beautiful smiles of the entire staff. They really care about yourself and your family. Dr. Tufa is a real expert and really knows her stuff. And she not only does a beautiful job, she is as friendly as the rest of the staff. She takes her time to explain all she is doing and why it is needed. I can't imagine going anywhere else for all my dentistry needs and I encourage anyone reading this review trying to make a decision, go ahead and make your appointment. You will not regret it, trust me.

Dr. Tufa and her staff are the most professional and thorough I have ever encountered in all my dental experiences. I have had previous dental anxiety, and Dr. Tufa and her dental hygienist, Cheyenne, have made me feel comfortable and able to continue with my dental needs. Also, Dr. Tufa was able to see my daughter on an emergency basis and helped her get out of pain, caring for her in her kind and gentle way. I have been very pleased with the care provided by Dr, Tufa and the Acton smile hub practice. In my recent treatment they were very thorough in updating and correcting previous records, examining, and then modifying a plan set by another practice to one that is more effective, sensibly cautious and much more to my liking. I was also pleased with recent equipment upgrades in the office including new sensor based x-ray machines with lower emissions and LED lit photographic wands. Being able to instantly see an enlarged photo of a tooth flaw along with the explanation and the suggested repair is very convincing as well as a considerate, patient inclusive, approach. I am most impressed by the focus on best in class technology and thorough effective care without up-selling.

My husband and I did not think it possible to feel as comfortable with another dentist as we did with Dr. Hwang. Well he certainly was thinking of his patients when he turned the business over to Dr. Tufa and her team! The friendly and professional environment continues to exist and the experienced staff provides that wonderful service we are all so used to. And probably the best part.......Dr. Tufa's smile, sense of humor and sharing of information with the patient reminds us of Dr. Hwang. She knows how to put her patients at ease. It's obvious that Dr. Tufa is very passionate about her work and we are very happy we don't have to look for a new dental provider!
