Concord Woods Dental Group has the most friendly and transparent staff. Given it was my first appointment at this practice I thought it would be like any other dental office but everyone from the front desk to the provider assistant and hygienist were very welcoming, thoughtful of my time and transparent with what services I would need and how much the cost would be. This was the best experience I’ve had at a dental office. Great team!

I have been seeing my hygienist Maureen for a few years now and she is warm, friendly, very efficient and excellent at her job. I have only had quick checkups so far with the dentist Dr. Shutts but he too seems to have a warm, gentle, soothing manner to him and he inspired confidence in this nervous-at-the-dentists-office patient.

I have been a patient in this office for three decades. Jill has remained my dentist throughout the several ownership changes over the years and she is simply the best. I am the most comfortable and pleased with the current alignment of staff. Dr. Mohammad Mourad and his assistant Belkisa have a great working chemistry. James at he the front desk is super friendly and top notch. Classy, down to earth staff that genuinely care and practice ethical dentistry.

In the past I would dread having my teeth painfully cleaned at my old dentist office, but not any more.
When it came time for my daughter to have her first visit to the dentist, I knew she would be in great hands.
Kelly went above and beyond making sure my daughter was comfortable and enjoyed her first visit to the dentist. She explained every step of the process, was very caring and accommodating to such a young patient, and made my little girl have a very positive first experience with a teeth cleaning.
Wish I could give 10 stars instead of 5, because she deserves it!! And I am not one to normally leave a review. But had to given how excellent my experience has been with my dentist - never thought I’d say that!

Great experience. I've had 3 visits recently after delaying checkup during Covit and had several cavities that need filling. Dr. Shutts was great: explained everything he was about to do, and best yet - there was zero pain: I didn't even feel the needle for the local anesthetic. I was accommodated quickly, given every detail of the procedures, and had no discomfort whatsoever. Definitely 5 stars! (Also quite impressive was the coordination with his assistant during the procedures. She knew exactly what to do every step of the way and needed little direction from Dr. Shutts: they make quite a team!)
