I suffer with dental anxiety… so when a tooth started to ache I knew it was going to be troublesome for me. Due to a recent move out of the Cambridge area I wasn’t able to schedule an appointment with my ‘regular’ dentist so I called Acton Smile Hub with fingers crossed.
From the minute I walked in the door until I checked out they were nothing but friendly and professional. After my examination Dr. Tufa gave me a detailed breakdown of the issue with my tooth and what needed to be done to correct it. I would highly recommend this office if you’re looking for dental care delivered with compassion. I know that’s where I’ll be going for my dental work!

I'm really pleased with the tooth overlays Dr. Tufa has done on two cracked molars on opposite sides of my mouth (one on top & one on the bottom) and with the thorough teeth-cleaning Alida provides.

Dr Tufa and her staff took over from Dr. James Hwang, my previous dentist. Of course I was concerned with a new dentist, BUT Dr. Tufa recently did a terrific job saving a very compromised tooth. She did the complete job, including a root canal and a crown. Root canals are NEVER fun but she did the job with minimal discomfort and was able to save both my tooth - AND my sanity after some serious tooth pain. Thanks for a job well done!

Like some others, I have been going to this location for years, first with Dr. Roth and then with Dr. Hwang, and transitioning to Dr. Tufa has been easy and I'm very pleased with the current staff which includes a few holdovers from Dr. Hwang. This practice is very up to date with using modern equipment and appear to be very aggressive and thorough in helping you maintain a healthy mouth. They are very friendly in their approach too. I would highly recommend them if someone were looking for a new dentist.
