This dentist office makes going to the dentist as pleasurable as it can be. Everyone is very professional and extremely nice, and they remember their patients, giving it a very personal feel. I went there today, after having had a baby, and when I walked in, they remembered, asked about her, and enjoyed seeing my pictures of her. Then, in my going home bag, I found a card from them, and couldn't believe it. They go above and beyond to make the dentist experience as comfortable as possible. I also really enjoyed the renovations done so far. When the office is completed, it is going to look amazing. :)

Professional down to earth, Doctors and staff. They make sure you know exactly what is and will be going on during your appointment. I like the fact that they are here in Worcester county area and you dont have to drive out to Boston. They can take care of all your dental needs in one place.

This was my first appointment at Dr. Reich's new office. I am older so change is hard, but I will try. I went for my cleaning. Gina was very nice and I did love the new instrument she used to clean my teeth and how informative she was, but she was running a little late and I just am not use to that at the old office. We did decide that we all had to adjust to all the change's. I have to say I was very disappointed to find out that I no longer got my "senior citizen" discount at this office. Since I no longer have dental insurance that did make a big impact on me and I am sure I am not the only one. You may want to consider doing that for the elderly patients and I will bet you will have some happy patients and maybe more patients in the future. The fact that I will no longer receive that discount has made a big difference on what I can decide that I can afford.

Upon arrival I was warmthly greeted by Barbara. She immediately made me feel comfortable, as it was my first time to this office. The office is very nicely designed and clean. The hygienist, Gina was very pleasant and welcoming. She throughly explained the office routine, procedure and everything she was going to do. What I most admired was how she offered advice regarding a new toothbrush (electric), a certain toothpaste for my dental needs and my brushing routine. I appreciated the time she took, I never felt rushed.
