The facility is super new, clean and very functional if you do get in a waiting situation. There are two partitioned work spaces in addition to the standard waiting room furniture. I like that the office is located in the 3rd Ave shopping area because there are always ample parking options. The staff is courteous and responsive via phone or through digital communication, which was a great surprise. I find that sometimes online forms are more aggravating than a hold on the phone line but at Greenwood I received a response within a day or so the first time I inquired about going in and they even offered the paperwork online so I didn’t have to spend extra time in the office filling out paperwork. My most recent visit was due to an urgent repair needed on my lingual bar and they were able to get me in the same day with no wait in the office; granted this will last as they build clientele but I love it for now... it feels VIP. The dentist is very aware of patients discomfort and skepticism. She is easy to talk to and makes you feel confident and well cared for.

5/18/2021 I had the pleasure of Dr. M's husband at this visit, and I immediately felt assured that I was in good hands. He gave me great advice on over the counter mouth guards, instead of trying to sell me one that I could not afford. The practice is also very accommodating for people that work during the day.

I want to thanks greenwood dental for the wonderful care during all the time I’ve been there . The office itself is very clean. The entire staff takes extra precautions with wearing mask,/face shields and they use the Virus 🦠 Killer air filtration keeping safe due to COVID.
