I went in stressed, and came out smiling. Everyone is nice, honest, and they won't judge you no matter how bad your teeth are. (Seriously, my teeth are atrocious and I know it, but no guilt trips or lectures to be had! Just honesty, solutions, and advice to help!)
They really will do everything they can to make sure that not only is the experience pleasant and as stress-free as possible, but that you get the CORRECT treatment for what you need. Nothing superfluous and they are happy to explain exactly why you need something, or should be using a particular product.
Love 'em! Who can say they love their dentist?! Me, that's who.

I had a great experience at Aspen Dental in Woburn today. I had an emergency and they scheduled me in and did the procedure right away. Everyone was super kind and caring . I had an amazing dental assistant who really took her time to make sure I was comfortable with everything she was doing.She was great ! Dr Chow was outstanding and the procedure went as well as I could have imagined. Even the Financial Coordinator did an incredible job. Thank you again ! Its not always a trip to the dentist can be a pleasure .

As painful as a trip to the dentist can be, the staff was great and made my visit as painless as possible. The assistant was excellent from the start going through X-rays to getting me ready for the dentist to come and do their examination. Great experience with even better staff

I haven’t been to a dentist in some time so this was my first time in a while, after a horrible experience at another dentist before I was traumatized to go to another thinking I’d be judged. Everyone here at Aspen Dental was beyond kind and professional. They all made me feel so comfortable and got right to work. Highly recommend.

I don't feel great having left this appointment, and surprisingly perhaps, at other dentists I have typically felt awesome after my visit. I wish I had listened to the other reviews here warning of the manipulation of this practice.
The staff was so kind and caring from the front desk to Paige the tech (who was the best) to the doctor - however the dental hygienist was a nightmare who I would never want to touch my mouth again.
Essentially the doctor told me my mouth looked great and I had taken wonderful care of everything. However the hygienist (Tian) insisted on upwards of $1,000 of additional care (I had no cavities or anything). When I re-iterated that I just wanted a cleaning she rolled her eyes and said "then come back in 6 months with gingivitis"... I asked why that seemed probable and she said my gums bled in a few places when she did her check. I've been to the dentist countless times, she didn't check them properly, she literally took her tool and STABBED my gums so that they would bleed - take a needle and stick it hard into gums and they're going to bleed. I just asked for a cleaning and she rolled her eyes and walked away. So yeah didn't get a cleaning and feel so uncomfortable I ever considered allowing that person into my mouth for any longer.

It took an emergency to get me to a dentist. For years I have been putting off the dentist and hiding my teeth behind a closed mouth smile. Then a front tooth broke, and I couldn't hide anymore.
Aspen Dental Woburn was able to tell me my insurance was accepted and made me an appointment for the same day. I ran out of excuses, and although my anxiety was really high over the embarrassment of the condition of my teeth, I went to the appointment. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. They gave me an action plan of everything needed to be done explaining every step, and covered all the details of the cost. They couldn't have made the experience any easier.
After 2 days of work, I left Aspen Dental Woburn with all my dignity, and feel like I have some new friends.

Went only once (Woburn) and will never go back. No cleaning will be done for first visit, have to make multiple visits to do what we used to get in our first visit with other dentists. My daughter was referred to a specialist by them. I have been called in to sign a release form more than a month before the specialist's appointment and they said they will be emailing the x-rays to the specialists. Went for the specialist appointment a month after these scenarios and no records reached them. Called aspen from the appointment place and received the info that it will take another two days as it needs to go through compliance since they were only able to 'find' my signed release form 'just now'!! I had to talk very rudely to that lady, sorry for that, but she handed the phone to someone else and that lady promised to send the records right then. May be it had gone to air, the specialists didn't receive it yet!! Felt to be very irresponsible. Will not recommend them. Also, myself and my husband had sensitive tooth. All my previous dentists said I had a good teeth hygiene. This one said I am brushing too hard. But I am brushing all teeth and why only one tooth got sensitive? The same explanation has been given to my husband whose teeth hygiene is very poor, LOL!
